But it's so much more than a raffle! You make it sound like a tombola at the local summer fair! We aren't giving away a free hair cut at "curl up & dye" we are giving away DREAMS! dreams become reality once you've won a bike at WYDB!
All jokes aside Russell, check your junk mail. We do send out emails after all our draws to announce the winners (to anyone who has entered) as well as posting on all our social media platforms AND the draws are live on facebook every fortnight!!

Feel conned and no longer trust these guys
I was a regular draw participant and for the most recent draw I paid for 5 tickets last Saturday. Less than 12 hours later they were discounting 5 tickets at 50% off without refunding any of us who had bought them earlier. I have tried to get in contact with them both before and after the draw but they are not responding to my direct communications (made using the “contact us” form on their website
I feel cheated out of my money and will no longer be participating in any of their draws because I no longer trust them. I’ve also told others about this in my bike club on Sunday and the response was the always the same - “what’s the point in taking part if they might suddenly slash the ticket price at some point devaluing the tickets you bought”

They don't call you "One Star Warren" for nothing do they!?
Although we appreciate the review we feel it's a little harsh.
There was certainly no coning go on, the tickets were purchased at the normal price which you agreed to during the purchase.
The Flash sale was created for small window of time in celebration of a significant event in the cycling world, an incentive for people to maybe purchase tickets for the first time or purchase some more tickets. Our customer support has been back in touch and although they couldn't refund the tickets because the draw had taken place they have offered you a discount on your next purchase.

Bit harsh that one star mate!
All our results are sent out via email. As well as all our draws being live on our facebook page which you receive an email reminding you when you purchase your tickets! The winners name is also posted on our instagram account. Apart from knocking on your door to tell you to your face I'm not sure there's much more we can do!
Just have a check in your junk mail and ensure you're still subbed to the mailing list! If you are still not getting emails through contact us direct so we can look in to it and make sure it doesn't happen again.
