So I deposit £100 stupidly I accept the 200% deposit bonus, machines kept giving features on slots and going crazy got up to £2000, tried to withdraw and wasn't allowed, 6 hours continuous play at £10 per spin on slots and a big bet on roulette still wasn't able to withdraw a single penny. Every 30 minutes I kept checking and just was not allowed due to the wagering requirements, I've been a customer of probably 50 or so sites never have i experienced such a con in terms of wagering, in fact I spoke to customer services who where based in Asia, they could hardly speak English and sounded utterly not bothered. I was advised I needed to play through £100 x 10,000 times to withdraw.

I realised after a further two hours play I would never get to what was required and lost the lot. Tried to open live chat waited ages and once I told them I wanted to close my account they ignored chat.

As what others have said this site is nothing but a con and scam. Stick with the proper UK websites that are regulated properly.

P.S Forget customer services simply go to the self exclusion form and select the longest period and close the account this way.

Despite winning all my initial bets I lost £600 due to winner.co.uk's unethical terms and conditions.

Condition number 4 states:

Bets must contain at least one selection at odds of at least Evens (2.00) and no greater than 10/1 (11.00) in order to count towards any turnover requirements.

However it really means that ALL (not at least one) bets must be at least evens and no greater than 10/1 to count towards their turnover requirements.

Therefore they expect me to place £3600 worth of bets of at least evens in order to get my matched bonus £200. In other words the customer has NO CHANCE of getting their winnings back. This is unethical and contradicts the Responsible Gambling pages on their website. Avoid at all costs.

I joined as a new customer and added £30 to my account and was given a £30 welcome bonus. Because I did not gamble all £60 within 14 days they took my remaining balance from my account and said I will not receive any winnings from my open bets. The most honest and transparent betting site winner.co.uk I have ever interacted with. The site in itself if very easy to use with and is very user-friendly appeal. I was able to track my bet from the time I placed to till I received my winnings.

The account was opened with a free matched bet of 100%. (£200 = £400)

I then won some bets over the course of also losing a substantial amount, and out of the blue I received a message saying my account was being closed by the traders and my balance would be transferred back to my account. (£4,500)

They are now saying that their terms and conditions state a maximum of £2000 can be withdrawn to the account and so in effect the remaining £2,500 is to be forfeited.

I find this legally and morally incorrect, as firstly I never made a request to withdraw and they have clearly waited until I made money to be able to try and invoke this wrong rule.

They are essentially saying they are happy for me to win that amount, but as soon as I do they close my account and try and keep £2,500.

I have tried numerous times to resolve this with them but all i keep getting is a robotic response with a copy and paste of their terms and conditions.

They send this, but again all it states is that my balance is to be returned.

"9. The maximum amount that can be converted to cash and withdrawn from the total balance (both bonus and cash balance) is £2,000. Any amount that exceeds £2,000 will be forfeited."

They also send this, but I have never requested to have the withdrawal or for it to be converted to cash.

Easy to navigate the site and register, well set up. A good variety of markets to have a flutter on which is all that you want from a good sports betting site and some highly attractive bonuses and great offers.

Quite a large choice of sports to bet on (also darts!) - and you can even bet on Politics, which has proved to be extremely entertaining for me (I'm a politics student, here's why...)

The live betting section gets updated in real time - unlike other websites that keep you stuck for ages. Overall the usability is much better than traditional betting websites, the site runs faster, the design is clear and not distracting.
Although not a fan, I had a go at the casino section - and I found it really fun! They've also recently added a new Macau section that I haven't tried yet.

Sites like Winner are great if you want to take a punt without the fuss of going into a betting shop (especially in my case with my terrible handwriting!)

Firstly I have placed many bets in my lifetime, but in the last few weeks I have had no luck on other sites. So I decided to try some new betting sites, one of them being Winner (the name suggested I would have some luck!).

My advice to anybody thinking about opening an account with these con artists is don't.
