Picked up our Enyaq from Ross at Peterborough, fantastic service. very smooth purchase, helpful to a T. Cant thank him enough for all his help. Great service.

Had our first oil change and service on our Skoda last Friday. Really well organised and completed on time. Thank you team. Thanks to Jemma for the lovely clean and valeted car afterwards. Highly recommended.

Changing from many years with VW I have been surprised with the extra attention to detail the manufacturer has added.

All staff were very helpful. We originally went to look at a second hand Seat car. Dean Lovell the sales person, gave us lots of information and was able to asneer all of our queries. We also looked at the stock of second hand and new Fabias on site. Dean mentioned there was a good finance deal on new Skodas. Dean gave us the details but never at anytime did we feel pressured to buy either second hand or new. Dean gave us space to discuss without us feeling we had to make a quick decision. We bought a new ŠKODA and Dean kept in touch until the collection date and also with a catch up call the day after delivery. Dean was professional, friendly and informative, without being pushy.

Having been in motor journalism for many years I know what’s right and expected much.
I wasn’t disappointed. The cool calm and clean environment of the showroom matched the attitude of the sales team and backup staff.
I’ve been fortunate to pick up several new cars over the years and many have been utterly dire experiences. This was one of the few that renewed my faith in the trade and indeed a local business that just seems to have got it just right. I can only hope Škoda UK recognises what they have.

From first step onto the forecourt to taking ownership of our new to us vehicle we were looked after by all the staff we had contact with, Xiana, Justin & Mark. Xiana was our main contact who looked after all our requirements and Justin who did everything in his powers to enable us to clinch the deal with Xiana. I know it was fun bargaining with them for the deal & it showed that whilst being in the trade it was still possible to get a fair deal for both dealer & customer. Thanks for experience in dealing with a great team.

Purchased a Skoda Fabia From Jason back in July. I have an issue with the service history being supplied not matching up correctly. I've no reason to believe there's anything sinister but so far it has not been resolved. I'm hoping I will be contacted this week to sort this out.

After having owned the Karoq for two months purchased from Wings of Peterborough, I had to top up the coolant after the warning came up on the dash, so I topped it up, thinking maybe they just missed it and didn't top it up prior to my collecting it from the dealership. Less than a month later I had to top it up again, now we are talking almost a litre of coolant disappearing in two months. I had no idea where it was going as there were no signs of puddles under the car, or anywhere else in the engine bay. Contacted the dealership and requested it be booked in and fixed under warranty. Two days after dropping the car off I was informed that the fault is with the three-way joiner pipe, and that it wasn't going to be a warranty fix if I want them to fix it, plus pay for the diagnostics as well. So I was quoted £470 for what should've been a warranty issue but they claimed the warranty didn't cover this. So I withdrew the car from their workshop, I never got the answer to where the coolant was going, their service department is useless, and so is the after care. They just want your money, they will sell anything to get your money. I bought the pipe pribately, it was less than £30, and they wanted me to pay close to £500 for that??? Ermmmm no way, and they even wanted me to pay out for another year's extended warranty when I was buying the car!!! What for? Their warranty ain't worth the paper it's written on. I wouldn't bother getting anything from them ever again, not even the free MOT for next year. All they do is try to get out of doing any work for free even if it is clearly a warranty issue. Appalling.

I have the pleasure of thanking Ross Martin. From the very beginning he was very involved in helping us purchase our Skoda Kodiaq. This is our first new car and we had a lot of questions every day to Ross . There was never a problem getting a response. Very nice, smiling and very helpful. We highly recommend him. Purchase of our new car at Wings Škoda really was faultless, at order we were advised that our car would be delivered in approximately 4 weeks, and was ready to collect in exactly four weeks to the day.

Ross was very helpful and went through everything with us showing us varying models so we could see different interiors and trim level options available, and found exactly what we were looking for.

We’ve had the car a little under 3 weeks and Ross has continued to help us with the many questions we have had as this is our first EV.

This has easily been a real 5 star experience for us and we are extremely happy with our new car, we love our Enyaq thank you Ross 🙏🏻☺️

Wings Peterborough is the place to spend your money. The whole team there are fantastic, I normally deal with Dean who always keeps me updated.
They all have a great sense of humour which is something I appreciate.

I needed to update the Satnav in my Octavia. I messaged via Facebook and dealt with Justin who gave me the link to do it. What Skoda don't tell you is you need to use the disk in the car and not replace it with a new sd card. Any way in the end Justin told me to take it in and hopefully he would sort it out which he did very kindly while we waited. Would certainly use Wings if I decide to update the car in the future.

Bought a brand new car from them just after Christmas and we've had water ingress so bad that it drips from the floor mat when you pick it up. Rang service department and the lady assumed the water ingress was in the boot, "because that's where it normally is"! Was excited to get a car that we will keep for years and wouldn't have this kind of stress with but will be handing it back ASAP and never buying a Skoda again.

The customer service here is fantastic! I would 100% recommend Wings Peterborough if you want a sales team that listen and find exactly what you need. They couldn’t have made it easier for us!

We've recently bought our 4th Skoda, the third from Wings in Peterborough. All the staff and Dean in particular, have been unfailingly helpful and courteous in answering any questions, however daft. Despite waiting 9 months for our Kamiq he has kept in touch throughout the process and they have supported us through a difficult time making the whole process as smooth as possible. All credit to the team and to Justin who creates the ethos for this team and who ensures customer loyalty!

over the last year I have been looking for the right car, its been a tricky challenge and most private sellers and bigger dealerships lacked honestly in their business and it put me off buying my dream car. however I didn't experience anything like that at wings Skoda dealership. they were 100% honest through the entire buying process giving me all possible information I could have asked for!
They were kind and very confident in what they were selling with nothing to hide. which is comforting when you are buying something like a new car. Scott the salesman who sold me my Skoda yeti was an amazing down to earth man with honesty and character that is yet un matched! I recommend anyone looking for a new car to consider coming here first! even if you are not 100% ready to buy, they will advise and help out.

I picked up my new Škoda Superb from Wings Škoda King’s Lynn on 24th May 2023. This is my first new car I have bought from them. I have also bought a used car from them previously and the team there have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. The Superb is exactly what the name says – superb. The car is fantastic to drive, quality in every detail and great value for money – and while we looked around, we found for the amount of car you get for the money it is difficult to beat.
When you have found a car, I often find trust, confidence and reliability in a dealership is not always easy to find. This was the first thing I found easily at Wings Škoda Kings Lynn. I dealt with several of their team Ross first, then Scott, Ryan, and Rohan. I met others there, but it seems all were similarly trained. When compared with other dealerships I tried at the time I found their approach refreshingly honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic and this together with a great car made buying it a no brainer.
There was no hard sell Ross, Scott and the team made sure you had every bit of information from which to decide if you wanted a car, could afford it and what price you would get for your own vehicle. Any questions you had they were able to get an answer for – and I was given the courtesy of as much time as I wanted for my own thoughts (that and plenty of coffee).
I ordered the car back in November last year when delays to new cars was high, the team kept me up to date throughout with any progress as news came in. The day I got the car was pretty special, and though Ross couldn’t be there Scott admirably went through lots with me before I took possession of this highly equipped car.
I have now had the car a month and Scott has been in touch at least 2 or 3 times to make sure I know all the bells and whistles it has and how to use them, so I can make the most of the car. As I said it is Superb and I would highly recommend both it and the Wings team to buy one from. Don’t be reticent to go see them, having met most of them including the sales manager, you will be made to feel very welcome and invited to view and try what they have – no pushing. A great team you can trust and a quality car – love mine.
