Over many years and couple cars I have always had a good experience with both the Sales and Service Teams. When my car is booked in for service,I receive a courtesy call the day before. On the day Leanne was very kind and helpful. She kept me informed of how service going and when it would be ready drive away. Processed paperwork promptly and went through it with me it's always the small touches such as coffee whilst booked in that I appreciate as although busy always make the time to offer this. Leanne customer service 5star.

My car was booked in for a service, I received a courtesy call the day before.
On the day, Lea was very kind and helpful, she rang me to say that my service was taking place and that there would some advisories would I like the work to be done while it was on the ramp or re arrange for another time, she explained what it was and told me the pricing etc, she then rang to inform me that my car was ready and to not rush that she would still be there till 1 as she knew I needed to wait for a lift to collect my car, when I returned to the garage she explained all the paperwork and was very kind and helpful :)

I had a service today. Great communication beforehand, and very welcoming on arrival. I was advised of things that showed up, and give an exact price to put them right. Paul and Tasha, who looked after me, were professional, patient, and friendly. Clear paperwork about what was done.
I have been using Wings Škoda of Peterborough for some years and have always found them first class. Everyone is helpful, communicate well, and take time to listen. The site itself is immaculate, and easy to be in.
Obviously, I will continue to go Wings, and I can fully recommend them to anyone.

From the start, met in the car park by Jacob and advised where to go. Lea, although obviously busy, stopped what she was doing and paid full attention to my car needs. Once sorted Lea led me to a quiet area where I could essentially work in peace and quiet. An issue with my tyres meant that Lea came to discuss, giving me the options price-wise and time for a premium.delivery. All this time I had been mulling over buying a new Kodiaq that Lea cheerfully engaged with me about. Finally Lea came to tell me my Superb was ready asking again about a Kodiaq which by now was a running joke. I paid my bill and Lea was great, timing my interest perfectly she called a salesman and Dean was then able to go through a PCP with me for a new Kodiaq. Probably my most expensive free service ever. Lea should consider Sales and a huge thank you to her.

The service reception team managed to fit us in at short notice and throughout the process they were cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. A great service.

Every time I go to Skoda for a service everyone is always very helpful. They are really good at keep you informed of the progress especially since I sit and wait, they make sure to show me where the tea/ coffee is and check in with me. I also like they allow dogs which is a great plus for me. Lea especially in the service department is always really happy, helpful and understanding if you needed anything.

Tasha was lovely and friendly, really helpful with getting everything sorted. Repair took a lot longer than expected, which was annoying, but got to see in the air con and was well looked after whilst I waited.

Wings Skoda are always different to other dealers, they actually care about their clients. This time my car needed a service and updates running, Lea made sure my service and courtesy car were sorted out seamlessly, whilst making sure that I was benefitting from the best service plan pricing model available. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that anything the car needed was sorted without effort. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

I needed to get that special part which is unique to each car-I don’t know what it’s called but the guy at the tyre place managed to break it so it was a relief to get a replacement so quickly. The garage should have paid but sometimes a quiet life is preferable.

What a truly terrible experience I had here with salesman Jacob Carty.. if you could call him a salesman more like a cowboy who was still wet behind the ears.

I needed a bigger family car due to recently having a baby, so thought I would come to a main dealer to get a decent second hand suv where I would be looked after..

The Karoq I came to view was a 2024 plate at £20,000. I viewed the car but I was going to walk away from it due to lacker damage on the roof from bird poo, Jacob’s response was “ it’s a used car it is what it is” Kieran the sales manager over heard and went to look at the car and said no you’re right we can’t sell a car in that condition we will respray the roof. I agreed to have the car and was due to pick it up on Monday the 27th of August.

The day of handover arrived, I checked the car over yes they had resprayed the roof but as there was three old bird poo splatters which had all damaged the lacker, two on the roof on the inside of the roof bar and another on the outside of the roof bar which they had left due to it being on the top edge of the pillar, to many people they would still view that as the roof of the car. Jacob saw I was unhappy the car had lacker damage as anyone would buying a car for 20k, all he could say was it’s a used car and that they didn’t respray the pillar as it’s a different part of the car. Funny how Kieran had previously said we can’t sell a car in that condition with lacker peeling but they still were trying to hand the car over to me with lacker peeling.. shocking from a main dealer to be honest.

I told Jacob I wanted my money back and I wasn’t having the car as I was generally unhappy with the whole experience so I asked for a refund. When checking the email he had sent to accounts requesting the money be paid back to me, I checked the email and I was lucky I did as he couldn’t even type my account number in properly and when I went back into the dealership to mention the number being wrong he seemed to find it amusing his response was “ yeah you would of been ringing me up asking where your money was” as he chuckled… yes of course anyone would be when you’re talking about thousands of pounds!

Jacob and Kieran tried to get more money out of me to have the pillar resprayed to rectify the remaining lacker damage and were adamant I wouldn’t get my £500 deposit back… luckily I raised a complaint at Škoda head office and dealt with a lovely woman called Shareen ( not sure on spelling) but thankfully I got my £500 deposit back after a shocking experience.

I cannot believe how I was treated by this dealership, I didn’t receive one phone call or email from Jacob in the ten days between reserving the car and handover, when I rang him to ask for an update his response was “ what can I do for you” well I wanted to know if the car had its service, had been through the workshop for its 130/140 point check , if the roof had been resprayed and lacker damage had been rectified before I transferred my funds over.

I found Jacob extremely unprofessional, he was trying to be a dirty salesman but clearly doesn’t have enough experience yet to pull it off , very patronising throughout the whole experience and has zero personality you would expect to find him in a back street used car garage not a main dealership.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Avoid this dealership if you want a second hand car as they wont appreciate your purchase and will more than likely look down on you.

I would highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking about purchasing a new or used Skoda. I was a little sceptical at first, having not bought a car in 16 years, yet the service I received outshone all my expectations. Jose was attentive to what I was looking for and patient in answering all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his manager, Mark, who made me feel like a valued customer. I am extremely happy with my new purchase and feel compelled to share my positive experience.
