The customer service was excellent but the quality of the meat were disappointing. Very dry and not tasty. My guests and family complained of the poor taster.

I went to yr Puchong Jaya branch before…
I went to yr Puchong Jaya branch before CNY, there was only 2-3 customers inside but I was disappointed with the sales service, seemed that there was a few new staff and the work flow was not well co-ordinated.
Furthermore, the pork meat did not have the same taste as it used to be. I'm sorry to say your next door's competitor tasted better and much much cheaper !! VERY VERY disappointed !.

One of the best Bakkwa tasted.
I am delighted of the quality of the products from this shop. I have ordered few times already and the quality remain consistent.

The meat for bbq pork is too thick and…
The meat for bbq pork is too thick and it becomes difficult to bite. If the meat is thinner, it will be better. As for the chicken, it is acceptable due the meat being more tender than pork meat. Overall another satisfied customer!
