If I could give 0 stars I would. I am chasing my order a month on from ordering. Wish I had seen all these reviews first would have saved my money. Roberto has oy offered me 10% of my money back so have demanded a full refund. The customer service is shocking. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Will be taking this further.
Absolute crooks as stated in previous reviews. Decanter bear no resemblance to photos on the website. Cheekily offered nme a 15% discount. I have taken up a dispute with my credit card company as I will not be treated in this way. A total scam and should be reported to Trading Standards.
This place is an absolute scam. DO NOT order from them. I ordered an eagle decanter with metal finish price apparently was €159 reduced to €47. What I recieved was nothing like the photos but a cheap piece of rubbish not worth €5. I am fighting with them as we speak to get a full refund and a prepaid label to return it. I wish I could post a photo on here. It's an absolute disgrace!
Windsor & Willow boutique Leeds - but ship from China making returns difficult and at a fee to yourself. Ordered a glass skull decanter as a gift but what was sent does not match the product description and is quite cheap in appearance. Item should have had metal detail work over glass but the whole item appears to be plastic with no decorative detail. Very unhappy with the product and will not be giving as a gift.
The order comes from China - I wasn't expecting this and it is taking far longer than I'd have thought to receive the items. When I queried with the shop where my item was, they asked me to contact the shipping carriers directly. I found this unhelpful. I feel the shop should make it far clearer that their items are sent from China (which will of course affect how easy or not any return might be).
The decanter, the item received is very much smaller than illustrated, no chrome type finish on it, just poor standard stuck on decals.
The returns policy does allow easy return, but there is a catch, stated on their website is as follows,
“While we're in the middle of moving from our East Leeds home to our new location in West Riding, some of our stock is being held in an international distribution warehouse during the transition.
This means your order may be dispatched from there rather than from Leeds, but the piece arriving at your door is exactly the same one Catherine selected: same fabrics, same suppliers, same standards.
Nothing about the garment has changed. Only the postmark.”
The International Distribution Warehouse is actually in China, making the return, which must have a tracking number, cost prohibitive.
