The install left some cracks in my front window siding not filled with caulk. Pine trim was ours and it was reused as was parts of previous inside window framing in our basement window replacement that was not discussed. No walk through or explanation of process provided per salesman’s sales pitch. I picked up nails from grass no magnet sweep completed at end. As we had a language barrier perhaps Installers may not have understood my questions.

Difficult to schedule but product looks good
They were timely and fast. Windows look great.
Stickers were left on windows which left us homeowners with work to do. We were told they would repair screens from previous installation which was not done. Not a lot of flexibility with scheduling

The timing of install and communication from window works was great and i really liked the install crew however the stickers on my windows left a ton of residue and i had to use goo gone and SCRUB it off the windows.

Well windows were scheduld for April…
Well windows were schedule for April 2025 . But got pushed off because of wrong measurements so only 7 out of 14 were put in . That’s right the 7 other windows were to small ! What a joke ! So here’s August 2025 for the other 7 to be put in. This company has a complete failure in communication. Oh and they summit the completion of the job to the financial department for payment by forging my. Name before completion. I filed a formal complaint. Also Steve jones is a complete fail of a terminal manager .

The installation team did a great job…
The installation team did a great job of installing (3) new windows in our home. They worked clean and efficient. There was good communication with the office from the time we originally placed our order to the installation date. I had the fortune of visiting the showroom office and meeting with Ted W. before we finalized our order. We’re happy with the Envision vinyl windows we selected. R. Whitt, Naperville
