unfair and deceptive trade practices
paid for dark tinted glass and Window Mart broke glass
they had to order new glass and the new glass they ordered was light tint due to noit wanting to pay the original cost of the dark tint. They ordered llight tint because it was cheaper than the dark tinted glass. When requested refund due to the glass not specification of what my step daughter paid for Ms. Lily Owner stated you have to take what we ordered. However, they charged for dark tinted glass $740,
light tinited glass was $688.

Excellent service from start to finish. Marin is reliable, polite, helpful and friendly. The standard of his work is outstanding. We have had full front of house done and another window and door. Each job has been completed to a high standard and no issues with anything. From now on we would never go anywhere else other than Windowmart. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service, installation and quality of product.

I was recommended by a colleague at work whom he had fitted a door for. They were thoroughly impressed with his work.
He came and gave me a quote and there was no pressure at all. He fitted a new composite front door, 2 brand new patio doors which included windows. He also replaced hinges on windows that had broken and replaced glass in a window that had blown. He is always on time and responds to messages straight away. Very hardworking and knowledgeable. I have had a nightmare with trades people since moving to Wales. Never on time, creating a mess & changing the quote half way through the work. Martin was a dream! I will definitely be using him again and have recommended him to several of my friends. If only all trades persons could be more like him! Thank you once again!

Very speedy and professional service.

Thank you Martin!

Excellent service throughout, knowledgeable and helpful during the selection process, well priced, punctual and reliable installation and great quality windows/doors. Definitely would recommend!

Nice man, done a good job

Couldn’t be happier with our new windows, from the request to have a look for us to the install. Martin popped to the house provided advice for our new windows we needed. We had to have Georgian bars to front which normally pushes the prices so high it didn’t phase him he provided advice on recommendations for sticking to the same style keep cost down. The rear windows we wanted fan lights & were advised each upstairs window would comply with building regs with suitable air vents & escape windows. I was expecting a lot of damage to the house post install but fair play minor scratches yes we had to clean the dust etc after but compared to what damage has been done in past on my parents house I was impressed. Highly recommended and happy to say what’s been installed has really improved the draughty poor quality that was there

Martin removed original stained glass windows and had them refurbished and sealed into new double glazed units. They are stunning and left the house quieter and warmer. Great products, great service and a great price - I cannot recommend Martin enough
