My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I requested a withdrawal in November 2024, and after months of waiting, all I received were excuses and delays. First, they asked for patience, then additional details, and when they finally confirmed the payment in February 2025, it never arrived.

After weeks of following up, they asked me to remove my Trustpilot review, claiming the payment was being processed. I did so, hoping they would follow through, but the payment never came.

It is clear that this company has no intention of paying and only wants traders to buy challenges without honoring withdrawals. If you are considering getting funded here, think twice. There are many reputable and transparent firms out there that actually fulfill their commitments.

I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Esta empresa de fondeo winbance le da la facilidad de tener una cuenta de fondeo con pase directo en unos buenos precios me parece excelente. las reglas son cómodas para los traders con unas plataformas cómodas y fácil de manejar también los pases con prueba son muy económicas sin limite de tiempo

En los pases directos, se solicita el pago y nunca llega correo de aprobación y así lo tienen por muchos dias y no resuelven y soporte técnico responde muy tarde y no dan solución, a la final no te pagan, mala esta empresa no la recomiendo no la usen. ES UNA ESTAFA. ES UNA ESTAFA. NO COMPREN NADA EN ESTA EMPRESA.

Lots of scams and fraud

I had a Direct Pass 10K account. I completed my withdrawal goal today, 700 SIFTYZONE + $550. When the balance approached 11250, they automatically closed the deal.

When I contacted them, they said the reason was trading on January 2, knowing that there was no holiday and the market was open. All deals were closed before the market closed.

In short, a fraudulent company and they are looking for any reason not to withdraw from them. I have confirmed it myself.

I do not advise anyone to buy any account from them because they will be exposed to the biggest scam

My experience with Winbance was completely disappointing. After passing the test and paying the required fees, my account was mysteriously suspended. I was promised that the withdrawal would be processed within 5 business days, but it has been much longer without any update or receipt of my funds.

Contacting support was extremely frustrating, as I received repeated and unclear responses about “policies,” but without any clear timeline or serious commitment to address my issue.

I feel like I have been scammed because of their failure to meet the financial obligations in their agreement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and secure services.

My overall experience: Very poor, and I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Très déçu de Winbance - Retraits non honorés
Cela fait maintenant 12 mois que j'attends des réponses de la part de Winbance concernant mes trois demandes de retrait, et je n'ai toujours pas été payé. Malgré de multiples tentatives de contact par e-mail et via leur service client, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse.

Le manque de communication et le refus apparent de traiter mes retraits sont extrêmement frustrants. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette plateforme à quiconque.

Je demande une résolution immédiate de la situation et le paiement intégral des fonds qui me sont dus. Scam campany
