Ho letto la vostra risposta. Vi preciso che i miei ordini sono: 7599 del 5/06/2025 ed il 7603 del del 6/06/2025. Ognuno per 1 computer. Vi rettifico che Kaspersky non ha attivato nessuno dei due e che i due computer oggi sono privi di protezione. I dispositivi sono: Desktop-7K5KOG6 e Laptop-F3IPRT59
Ho acquistato la prima chiave il 5/06 e l'ho testata sul primo portatile. Kaspersky l'ha riconosciuta e l'avrebbe attivata alla scadenza dell'abbonamento. Ho fatto la prima recensione molto positiva e il giorno dopo, tranquillo, ho comprato la seconda chiave per il altro portatile. Anche in tal caso Kaspersky l'ha riconosciuta. Alla scadenza dell'abbonamento annuale dei due portatili Kaspersky mi ha notificato la scadenza dell'abbonamento e che le chiavi (identiche) acquistate non potevano coprire i miei due portatili.
Ad oggi entrambi i computer sono privi di protezione.

Primo punto: è curioso che lei abbia acquistato lo stesso prodotto in giorni diversi senza prima verificare se il primo codice funzionasse correttamente. La logica suggerirebbe acquistare una sola volta, testare il codice, e solo in caso di esito positivo procedere con un secondo acquisto. Questo comportamento ci porta a pensare che l’intento non fosse quello di acquistare regolarmente, ma piuttosto ottenere codici gratuiti.
Secondo punto: la maggior parte dei clienti che riscontra un problema con il codice contatta prima il supporto tecnico per trovare una soluzione. Lei invece ha scelto di lasciare direttamente una recensione negativa, dopo due acquisti effettuati in giorni distinti, senza prima cercare assistenza. Anche questo ci fa pensare che ci sia la volontà di ottenere codici gratuiti in modo poco trasparente.
Rimaniamo comunque disponibili per eventuali chiarimenti, sempre nel rispetto delle condizioni di utilizzo e della correttezza nei confronti di tutti i nostri clienti.

First: This is not an expired code. You purchased Office 2021 – Phone Activation, and Microsoft keys do not expire.
Second: You bought Office 2021 Phone Activation, but you attempted to activate the key using the steps for Online Activation instead.
Third: You should have tried to resolve the issue before writing a review. Instead, you left a negative review first and then contacted us for assistance.

First: The key was automatically sent after payment.
Second: This individual is a scammer attempting to hack our PayPal account. How? He purchased a key on our website, received the PayPal email, and then tried to reset the password—I received multiple reset requests.
What’s even stranger is that after purchasing the key and opening a case on PayPal, he sent three payments of €0.10 for a product we don’t sell—IPTV—and claimed to have bought it from a platform we don’t know: KONEO. One hour after these payments, he opened more cases on PayPal.
Even more suspiciously, two days later, he sent five additional €0.10 payments for the same nonexistent IPTV product and opened PayPal cases for all of them.
Today, we won the case for the key he purchased on our official website, win-keys.com, and the payment has been released to us.
This situation highlights that many negative reviews are simply attempts to discredit legitimate businesses selling real products.

Follow their instructions if the code was reused by somebody else
Follow the instructions in their PDF information sheets, as it resolves the issues that might arise if the code has been allocated to somebody else between the time you bought it and when you installed it. I ended up calling a 1800 number, and it worked. I've updated this review from 1 star to 4 stars (4 because of the mild inconvenience and initial disappointment).
At first Windows accepted the code, but after setting up network drivers, it said it was reused by somebody else:
"We can't activitate Windows on this device beceause the Product key was already used on another device. If you think this wasn't used on another device, ...."
Follow their instructions on what to do if the code doesn't work - it works.

Purchased an activation key from WinKeys
(win-keys.com) for Windows 10 Pro 1 PC [RETAIL] and tried to activate my computer OS. Windows activation failed !! Is WinKeys selling invalid activation keys? Can I have my money back?
UPDATE contrary to what WinKeys is saying in this thread, I did send them screen shots of the WIndows 10 Pro installed and the Microsoft activation key error which was 0xc004c060.
I asked for my money back. Here is their word for word email response....
"Yes, we can refund your money but you must remove the negative review left on trustpilot."
WinKeys did not provide an explanation for the Microsoft activation key error code I had.
What do the readers of this thread think I should do?

UPDATE: After sending this reply, we have not received any communication from you seeking assistance. It appears you may be downplaying our company's efforts, and you are aware that you purchased a key for a version you do not have installed. We clearly state on our website that the keys are not intended for upgrading from one version to another; they are solely for activating the software.
And you just left a negative review without any communication with us before. Please send us a screenshot of the error and another screenshot of the Windows 10 edition installed.
Rude and unhelpful.
