We purchased a K9 model and for less than a year the lens were burned which obviously blocks the images projected on the screen. I tried contacting their customer service to ask any advise in what to do with the product but they did not reach back to me for some time now.
I don’t want to recommend their product.

I honestly can’t praise this company’s customer service enough.

I had unfortunately lost the remote for my projector, which was especially frustrating because the remote normally comes as part of the complete set. I contacted the company to see if there was anything they could do, and they went above and beyond to help me.

They actually took the time to source another remote from their warehouse and sent it out to me completely free of charge. I really wasn’t expecting that level of support, and I was genuinely so grateful.

The projector itself is amazing! but what has really impressed me is the customer service. It’s not often you come across a company that is so helpful, responsive and willing to go the extra mile for a customer.

I bought the WIMUS K9 projector from Amazon, and unfortunately, after using it for a while, I experienced a problem with the screen getting burned.

I contacted the manufacturer, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with how they handled the situation. Their customer service was absolutely amazing! They responded quickly, took care of the problem, and within just a few days they sent me a brand-new projector.

This is what I call excellent customer service and standing behind your product. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I’m extremely grateful for their help.

I would recommend this company more than 100%! 🙌 The product is great, but their customer service is what really impressed me.

I had lost the remote control for my WiMiUS projector, so I contacted customer service to ask if it was possible to buy a replacement or find a compatible one.
Even though the projector model was no longer normally in stock, they took the time to check whether they could find a spare remote control for me. They managed to locate one and sent it to me completely free of charge.
I am extremely grateful for the help and the excellent customer service. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in finding a solution to my problem.

I have had my P64 projector for a a year now and the costumer service has been great. I had a problem with the projector controller and Vicky from costumer support was very helpful in solving the issue.

Paid for a high end projector the k14 audio doesn’t even sync have to change it manually for all streaming apps, air play has issues I’ve been told to use a streaming stick or a Bluetooth speaker to fix the issues and a £30 partial refund. Paid hundreds for this. This all should of been corrected before it hit the market I paid for the speakers and the built in os shouldn’t have to use external sticks and speakers

having only had my p62 pro projector for around 6 months it suddenly stopped working after an error with the fan. i’m not entirely sure of the technical details of the error but the customer service team got back to me the next day after raising the issue, and having initially suggested a software update via usb stick which i tried and didn’t work, they immediately sent out a replacement projector and offered their apologies for everything.

they offered a free 3 year warranty upon the initial purchase of the first projector (which you do have to activate after purchase) and they’ve been incredibly helpful and understanding about the whole situation which is what you would hope for but it’s not a given nowadays.

I have a k9 projector that has developed brown marks on the screen which Im told is screen burn in, I have tried to contact wimius to be told that they don't accept serial number of the unit for the warranty and cant help. they are now ignoring my emails and refuse to help even though its well within their 3 year warranty policy. please stay away from this company the projector wont last!!!

After using the WiMiUS projector for a while, its overall performance basically met my expectations for a mid-range home projector, especially in terms of picture quality and ease of use.

First, let's talk about picture quality. With 1080P content, the image detail is good, text edges are sharp, and there's no noticeable blurring. Colors are natural, without oversaturation, and skin tones and shadow detail are relatively stable. The viewing experience is excellent in a dark environment, and with a screen of around 100 inches, it creates a distinct home theater atmosphere.

In terms of brightness, it's perfectly adequate for use in a bedroom or living room with the curtains drawn. Bright daylight does affect performance, but this is common for LED projectors in this price range. Compared to some entry-level models I've used before, this machine has significantly better brightness uniformity and contrast control.

The system's smoothness is also worth mentioning. Booting up is fast, the Wi-Fi connection is stable, and the response time for screen mirroring from a phone is acceptable. There's no noticeable lag when watching videos, playing YouTube, or connecting to a game console. The automatic calibration and focus functions are very user-friendly, requiring minimal manual adjustment.

The sound system is adequate and better than expected. It's fine for watching movies in small to medium-sized rooms; while the bass isn't particularly strong, vocals are clear. Fan noise is also well-controlled; you won't notice it after a movie starts playing.

Overall, this WiMiUS projector is suitable for those looking to get started with a home theater, on a limited budget, but who want a good balance of picture quality and ease of use. It's not a flagship product, but in this price range, its overall experience and value are indeed competitive.

Bought a Wimus k9 for my son Christmas 24. Was blown away with the quality and ease of use. For £230 my son had a projector to watch tv and game. The only thing I haven’t managed to do is cast either from IPhone or android hence 4 instead of 5 stars .However early this week I thought it was all to good to be true as my son complained the K9 wouldn’t turn on. Imagine my dismay when I logged onto trustpilot and saw the 2.5 star rating. Unperturbed I emailed the wimus support team. 1 day later we received a response apologising for the inconvenience and we would receive a replacement within 10 days. 2 days later brand new projector arrives in the post. I was astounded at this level of customer service no quibbling or request for the old projector just new projector 4 days after the old one stopped working. Thanks wimus.

We bought a Wimius projector and had issues with it in the first 6 months. The website said we have a 3 year warranty, we have tried to contact Wimius multiple times through every listed means, but noone has bothered responding to us despite our projector being under warranty. Scam website. They just ignore you. The 24 hr response time is a lie. We havent heard from anyone in weeks.

I purchased the Honiture X7 vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy UK a year ago, and while the vacuum itself has been great, the charger nearly caused a fire and put myself and those around me in serious danger. After using the charger, I noticed it was overheating, and I could smell burning. It was a terrifying experience that could have resulted in a major fire.

When I reached out to both Snapbuy and Honiture, I was shocked by their refusal to provide a replacement charger under warranty. To make matters worse, I was told that you can't purchase a replacement charger anywhere, as confirmed by two electricians I consulted.

It's incredibly disappointing that these companies don't take responsibility for faulty, potentially dangerous products. I'm still waiting to see if they'll honor their warranty and replace the charger, but at this point, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from either Snapbuy or Honiture. I can’t trust these companies with my safety, and I’d advise others to steer clear.

When it works it's fine, but their customer support is non existent.
They don't reply to emails so I don't expect them to honor warrant either.

Do not buy this monitor; it’s truly the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. Nothing works properly, and it’s even worse with Wi-Fi. When I connect it via HDMI and try to watch a video, it freezes and crashes. After restarting, it works briefly before encountering the same issues again—it’s an absolute disaster. The review videos are completely misleading; this is definitely not a good device. Order #406-6175570-7850767.
