The staff in the office explained everything to us from our first email and call the responses were immediateand left us asking no questions. As our first time using a storage unit we chose the best. Thank you Adriana for making the whole experience easy for us.

The Deer Park / Caroline Springs storage facility was excellent
The Deer Park / Caroline Springs storage facility was modern and clean.The office staff were excellent. They were very helpful and professional at all times. Could only recommend these facilities very highly.

Time was of the essence
Time was of the essence. I recently sold my property and needed to store my belongings, as settlement was quickly approaching….
From my first contact, on the phone with Adriana, who went through and explained the type, size and cost of storage units,
to Craig who I met the following day, who assisted me with the necessary paperwork and how the facility operated.
They also recommended a removal company, who were fantastic!!!
Turn around time, less than 24 hours…!!!!
Both Adriana and Craig are easy to work with and professional in their field.
I would highly recommend Wilson Storage.

The staff at Wilson Storage made the process so easy for me. They are friendly and supportive. I understand that a lot of people feel unsure about using a storage facility for the first time but I certainly think it is a great idea and I am grateful for their service.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Wilson Storage. The staff are friendly and professional, and the units are always clean and well-maintained. Prices are fair, and everything feels very secure. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs reliable storage!
