Willows finance have been extremely helpful and efficient in finding me a loan, I feel I've had just the right amount of contact not too pushy or overbearing, however they did chase me when I was slow with paperwork etc which was not a bad thing and ended in me receiving a loan in a timely manner.

Very easy to deal with. All sorted in less than 1 week

The advisors were open and honest about what I could be eligible for, didn't make any false promises and initial quote to payment being received took 2-3 days. Communication was excellent with all queries being responded to very quickly within hours. I cannot recommend this company highly enough (after trying with other brokers who promised a lot but then a lot of to and fro with no end in sight). Having bought a property at auction with RUBBISH credit ratings we honestly weren’t sure how we’d manage to fund the refurb of it. We contacted willow and immediately had a quick and speedy response. We dealt with Marie throughout the whole process she put up with a lot and deserves a medal as our paperwork was a mess. She answered questions out of hours and went above and beyond we were approved extremely fast and received the funds promptly with a good rate. We did not think we would be in the position of needing a mortgage again but life happens and we needed to refinance. I stumbled across Willows Finance and it was the fantastic reviews that made me contact them, and the reviews were not wrong. We had great service from Marie who sourced the right mortgage for us. The communication was excellent, everything was made very easy and it was all so speedy. Before we knew it we were booking a builder for the essential works to our home. Could not recommend Willows Finance more.

I am 69 years of age, not quite ga ga yet, or living with the fairies. Having lost my gorgeous husband 2years ago and looking at my financial situation, and thinking yes my house could do with a little tlc. I delved into the cut throat world of ‘lenders and brokers’ sounds like a seedy east end thriller?
Well having had the unfortunate experience of being offered a loan for 26000, when I only needed 15000 maximum I would have passed away before I had enjoyed any home comforts! The others shouted down the phone at me until I said I was not deaf, but did they have a mild case of Tourette’s. Then I happened upon Willows Finance was taken under Marie’s wing, wow what a difference, she swung into action sourced a loan for me the same day. I am very green in some matters and awful with technology, but nothing was too much trouble, I think of her as the silent assassin she just puts her head down and goes for it. Thank you Marie from the bottom of my heart you are a total asset to your Company.
Then there was Jamie….. the man who never sleeps. He was there for me all the time and sourced and secured the loan from Spring Finance .He never stopped working, he was always there with an answer for me. What a super star! his incredible customer service skills shine. Even when he had received the same blank email from me about 4 times. He said don’t worry it’s ok.
I have worked as a regional manager in the cosmetic area for 35years( not in finance) thank goodness, but sincerely I have never dealt with two professional empathetic people as Jamie and Marie. Willow Finance is Amazing.

Both Jamie Millan and Corinne acted in a very professional way employing active listening and empathy and were very quick in problem solving so that my mortgage would be approved and completed promtly .I was very pleased with their communication skills and efficiency .I highly recommend Willows finance as they proved to me that they are the real deal in contrast to some time wasters like Norton finance .
