I have previously explored different services, but willow Isle Capital is the best so far I have found. Specially Louise was amazing, very proactive. Louise was looking after everything even beyond my expectation. I would definitely come back to Stefan and team in this firm for my future projects. Very much highly recommended.

Stefan and team helped me in finding bridging finance for an upcoming property purchase that was in such a condition no traditional bank would consider.

Terms were good and they presented me with a range of responses from a variety of different lenders.

The transaction from the finance side was very easy. Legals were straight forward and the lender didn’t impose any silly conditions. Stefan knew which lender would be easy to work with based on previous experience and the decision was made.

Both Stefan and Josh kept pushing the sale through which dragged due to the sellers situation and poor legal team.
Lots of chasing which eventually resulted in some traction and completion.

This is the second time I'm using Willowisle to arrange bridging finance for auction purchase.
Stefan is very knowledgeable and would go over the different possible scenarios with you.
Louise is just a super star, she keeps you informed during the whole process so you're not agitated (considering these were auction purchases).
Even when we had problems on the second purchase, Louise was quick to get another lender; she was on top of things and we were able to complete on the very last date for completion.
