The response to my original email was efficient and prompt. There was a charming friendliness and as we had sampled the goods before I was really looking forward to surprising my husband with the chocolates.

The order was to go to Congleton as a gift. It has come to my address. Suggest your site has two places for addresses, one for the payee and one for name of recipient and destination if different. A beautiful product, perfect for a gift. I understand your site has now been modified.

There is actually 2 information fields for addresses, there's one for a billing address (which would in this case be your own address), and one for the delivery address (which in this case would have been your friends names and address)- I am sorry if for any reason you didn't see this option but it is always there on the checkout page, i have tried to amend my website to make it easier in the future. Thank you

Second purchase..so lovely
Second purchase. My first was loved by my husband. So, mothers 94th birthday approaching thought what would be really special? With little space in a nursing home room...nothing large! And she does love a classy chocolate. Perfect solution. As christmas is looming,must get my choices in the next delivery!

Beautiful and delicious chocolates!
The chocolates arrived quickly and were well-packed. They are artistically made and the flavours are so creative! I don't think I've tasted chocolates like these. 10/10 recommended.

Great product well packaged
Really well packaged and with appropriate warnings on the outside to help avoid damage at the receiving end - particularly important as someone else was receiving the parcel. They had timely shipping, good communication, and a great product, incredibly artistic and fun and we really enjoyed engaging
I would have loved to know when it was out for delivery as sometimes parcels get left outside and stolen here, but the delivery company handed it off to a person and all was well
