The trainers were great. John and Phil were super helpful, friendly and patient. Over the two days they covered a lot of the core skills needed to wrap kitchens, demonstrating first then helping the attendees. The whole environment at William Smith is warm, friendly and helpful. A great company to work and train with.
My only quibble is that I'd have liked to cover the techniques required for wrapping the carcasses as well as the doors and counters.

Fantastic demonstrations and lots of hands on experience. Great training!

This was the second training course I have done at William Smith and I am already looking into doing another one. The training facilities are fantastic and the trainers are great in sharing in depth knowledge on techniques and tools for the job. I am excited about having their expertise and guidance to fall back on should I need it in the future as the help doesn't just stop when the training course does.

It was great to get the theory and basics of wrapping. The time was easy and flexible and delivered really well too.

Completed the William Smith theory course with Tom and it was a great experience. He was excellent at explaining everything clearly and made the course really easy to follow. William Smith made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. The Instructor Michael was hugely knowledgeable and put the information across in a friendly informative manner happily sharing his knowledge. Due to this I derived a lot of information that I can use back at my workshop.

This course is exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to learn, improve and perfect my skills. With a small amount of people on the course there was plenty of opportunity for questions and demonstrations and 1-1’s. Bravo!

The kitchen wrapping course was incredible, John at William Smith & Phil from Wrapture are so knowledgable and always willing to go above and beyond to help. There was a range of ability levels with some more experienced than others yet they cater to everyone. I even had some questions and problems I’d encountered on jobs that weren’t related to kitchens but they gave me advice and tips to help me in the future, would definitely recommend
