I ordered a white jacket dress. It was horrible quality. I would need to wear a full slip under it. The pockets show through the dress. The sleeves are 2 inches longer that they should be. It’s cheap for a dress & that’s why. And it takes weeks to arrive. Would never buy from this company again. I’m not going to pay to return it so I’ll just donate it to a thrift shop.

The dress I ordered is about 12” shorter than the picture indicated. I’m trying to return but the customer service number has been disconnected and the support email address is bouncing. What a scam.

The dress I ordered was not in stock so they tried to give me a credit to order something else. I told them two times to refund my money to the original payment and they are still trying to get me to purchase something. We have been going round and round and is taking a long time.
They say they are having system issues affecting refund processing, however but they are having is give me my money back issues.

This so call business is a fraud! The site tells you something totally different than how things work once you call them out on the scam! The wait is ridiculous! And the fake emails and website too. I didn't check out the reviews before I ordered. Never again will I be scammed from these bogus websites. Once you ask for a refund, they shut down the website. And the customer service number doesn't work either!

Boy do I wish I read everything here before purchasing from them. The quality was horrible! The return policy, even worse. Yup, it was going to cost me $38 to return my $80 to CHINA. And they said I may get the refund in 3 weeks after they receive and inspect the return. This was, like everyone else, after getting the offer of 15% off another order, then 25% off and then 45% off. Looks like I will never get my money back and am left with a totally worthless, cheap outfit. Incredibly disappointing!

Don't order from this company! Products are cheaply made & are cut very small for the selected size.. Returns are virtually impossible, even thought their website offers "easy returns". After much back & forth, I was finally able to get them to offer a 30% refund.

I ordered a green jacket in 3xl for sixty five dollars which they said was fifty per cent off for a sale. What I got was a green jacket with the zipper on the wrong side, the zipper was on the wrong side, and the quality of the fabric was just garbage...so I threw it into the garbage. Prior to this I ordered a jacket from another company in China (btw, Wilfred Smith claimed to be a posh New York City Company) and the jacket had the zipper on the wrong side and it was two sizes too small so I gave it to a friend...who gave it to a friend. NO MORE CHINA stuff for this sucker times two.

I bought a blouse only to discover when it arrived that it was made of 100% polyester. And then, I was blocked by my antivirus program from accessing their web page because of security concerns Thus, I am stuck with the purchase until my credit card bill arrives!

The dress I ordered looks nothing like the dress I received. Its poorly constructed and the material is flimsy. I have attempted to return it, but they keep sending me the same response with more questions on my reason for return. So far, after numerous emails, they have still not given me return instructions. They want me to take a picture of myself in the dress. What! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wilford Smith presents online as an American company, but it is based in China. The products and descriptions appear high-quality and fairly pricey. In truth, the products are cheaply made from inferior fabrics.
The return policy offers 100% customer satisfaction, while in truth, they delay returns by offering a series of increasing discounts on future products. Once dissatisfaction is reiterated, they send a return label for China to be sent at the customers expense. USPS price for a package less than 1 pound is over $20.
When notified the customer will contact the credit card company for resolution, Wilford Smith states that, “ We understand that you are considering involving your bank. Please note that once a case is reviewed through a financial institution, the process is handled entirely by them and typically takes around 30 to 60 days before a final decision is reached. During this time, the matter remains under their review.

Please also keep in mind that the outcome of such a review is not guaranteed. If the bank ultimately reaches a decision in our favor, the case would be considered closed on their end, and we would no longer be able to issue any refund directly,” in order to discourage the customer from requesting resolution.

Bought a dress on this site and it arrived poor quality and bad sizing. I tried to return it but was unable to do that. They have terrible customer service. Not a legit site. Do not order from them.

I ordered a coat. It did not have any labels or tags. It did have a tiny size tag. I ordered an XL and the tag said XL, but it fit like a size small. The buckles were all undone, the zipper is poor quality and…they will not refund my money! I think this is a scam! Alert!

1- Very bad customer service. They add charges like insurance without you requesting it. They email you the discount code and when you click on the discount it charges your card WITHOUT applying the discount

Quality was poor and felt like a thin table cloth. Asked for return per their outlined return policy and was offered a 15% discount on my next order. Took me 4 times asking for a mailing address before I got it- in China. Had to dispute it on my credit card to get a refund. Donating the dress to goodwill. Do not buy from this company.

Ord # 18623 was to be a 2 piece swim suit in xl. Got a 1 piece in small size trying to return with refund and get nothing but lip service and a lot of b.s. Don't order from these crooks the are not what they advertise they are.

Do not ever order from this company. They sent me a dress that was not even close to the one I ordered. Very cheap see through material. Refunds easy, what a joke by the time you pay for shipping back to China it cost more than the dress. Horrible, what a rip off

What a total piece of trash this T shirt is. I ordered what I thought was a finely knit T shirt from this website and got a 100% polyester rag I would not use as a paint rag! What garbage. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Do NOT order from this company. My order took weeks to arrive, the items were poorly and incorrectly made, the material not what described and overall quality is very poor. They do not accept returns, and only offer a discount on your next purchase if you are silly enough to make one. They first offer a 15% discount, then 30, then 45% and say it would be best if just accept the discount on next purchase than go through a lengthy process to resolve the refund issue.

Has anyone actually sent items back to China. Was the address even correct? Did they ever acknowledge receiving?
Has anyone's credit card company actually issued you a credt?

I received a jacket that did not really match the website description. When I requested a return label and refund, per their company policy of returns, they told me that they cannot process refunds at this time.
