How can these guys get positive reviews if the reviewers have had an experience like me. I spent $3000 with WK. lots of promises nothing back. Slick con artists. Give me my money back.

I have just finished the trial period using the Wilfred Knight software , the returns were within the expected parameters 1- 3 % . I found Chris very professional , open and honest as well as accommodating to my particular circumstances.

I have decided not to go ahead with investment ,but have not ruled out revisiting the idea in the future .

I paid a considerable amount of money for their automated trading platform. I was told the platform typically returns 1 - 2% per month, and not to judge it for 3 months.
After about 4 months my account was down 13%. As an experienced trader, this was unacceptable. I always trade with stops and allow draw downs of 1 - 2% max.
I immediately withdrew funds, which closed all positions. I then asked for a refund of the fee imposed for use of their automated trading platform.
I accepted personal responsibility for trading losses, but asked for a refund for the fee paid for use of their automated platform. I had an abusive telephone interaction from one of their senior staff, and have received none of my invested money.

After an initial "cold" call, this sounded like it might be worth considering further.
The next call was to schedule an online demonstration on how the software worked.
The software demonstration looked ok but was a little complicated to understand how it all works.
After the demonstration, clients are invited to participate in a 30-day trial of the software (no obligation) and a deposit is sought to fund the account during the trial period.
Once the deposit is paid, a receipt and "Software Subscription Agreement" is emailed to you.
The software subscription agreement contains many contradictive clauses in relation to being able to back out and obtain a refund.
At no point prior to a software subscription agreement being signed by a client is there any price offered regarding the cost of such.
The reviews on Trustpilot are somewhat misleading in the sense that all of the 5-star reviews contain similar phraseology and could either have been falsified or created by AI.
In this instance, I trusted my instinct, did not sign the software subscription agreement or proceed with a trial.
A full refund was received, albeit after some resistance.
I would urge CAUTION when dealing with Wilfred Knight as it is my opinion that they are only in the business of selling software.

Company stated They have AI and guru traders yes there are some winners, But the losses outweigh the winners by a large margin. The Winners are Winfred Knight with fees

It was the 4th phone call when I found out about their multi-thousand-dollar software licence fee. This should have been mentioned by at least the 2nd phone, preferably the 1st.
If you deal with them, ask them for a 1 page summary of all their fees and charges. If they are NOT clear and concise about that, then you can assume they are hiding something.

unethical, misleading and does not follow financial regulations. Using stolen mobile numbers and cold/spam calls for new potential clients is not a good way to obtain trust in the financial market.

This company is great I have never had such great results prior to using them I was always struggling
