I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, 25% of people with a negative experience would have made me reconsider. Returned a skirt because it was too short (I'm 5"4' so if you're tall their stuff definitely is not for you!) a month ago and am still awaiting a refund. Sent an email and received no response so messaged on Instagram. To their credit they replied fairly quickly on there and as it was Easter weekend I gave them a few days grace to look into it but then had to chase again. They advised Royal Mail had delivered it to a cafe down and they would look into it. That was a week ago and now I've had to chase them again... I followed their return instructions and yet it's a month on and I'm still having to chase down a refund so definitely do not recommend!

I recently received my "fairy garden coat"shipping was extra speedy,had it 48 hours after ordering.Its beautiful & excellent quality.Its my 3rd coat from this website & im absolutely in live with lots of their stuff.Also have a moonphase dress I've still to wear.
In my total of 5 orders one had a minor hiccup in shipping which was easily sorted everything else went smoothly

The most amazing coat ever . Stunning . Bought for my 50th birthday as a fu++ it I'm 50 coat. Yes I would have liked better pocket coverings and a nicer clasp or button at the front but I'm being picky. It's stunning

Delivery was prompt, garment as photo and description, needs some TLC but it was a bargain so not too disappointed. I don’t think it’s worth the full price though.

the ladies who run this business are really lovely, it is not a scam like other reviews have said, ive brought another 2 items since my last review and they are both stunning items, brought one of the coats and some trousers. Yes customers servcies can be a bit slow in replying sometimes - but they do come back to you and resolve the issue if any... i wouldnt hesistate ot purchase from the ladies again, its a local familiy run business elling sparkly quality clothing.

Bought the Phase dress in black. Just stunning. I’m a size 14 bought a 12 as wanted a fitted look. So many compliments from strangers, felt incredible. Favourite dress.
Also bought the Phase long gloves for an event and unfortunately can never wear them. Huge, like cartoon hands. Ok if you are going for a washing up glove look. I gave feedback privately hoping to avoid doing a public review, but my message was ignored with no response. Really disappointed more so about the poor customer service than the poorly made gloves.

Ive had 3 items from wild thing, ordered online. All brilliant quality and beautiful. Shipping took awhile during their big sale but outside of that was only a few days. Will definitely order again and I hope to visit their store soon.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong address as I’ve just moved house and the customer service was wonderful. Sorted very quickly and excellent delivery of my fabulous new coat!

My only criticism is that the sizing seemed a little small on this jacket.

Amazing products. So beautiful and well made. Panicked that it wouldn’t be delivered in time and whilst online chat and email didn’t get responses, my Instagram message got an instant response and delivery was confirmed as on time and it arrived in time! Amazing!

Update to my previous review, after posting here was contacted by an employee called Lori, claimed they never got my email. Said they would send out new order and provide me with new tracking number. Heard nothing since despite me emailing again last week and trying to phone on number listed here and on web. no answer. Wonder have they gone out of business?

Love the Fairy Dust coat in pink. Arrived super quick. Attended an outdoor concert at Hyde Park and got so many lovely comments about it.

I purchased a skirt and 2 dresses from Wild Thing. I had to return the dresses as they weren't right for me. Initially there was limited communication from Wild Thing about the return process in spite of a number of follow-up emails from me over the course of a month. However, when they did make contact after I reached out on Whatsapp and on the website chatbot they were very helpful and quick to respond and provided the refund.

I've ordered from Wild Thing a few times. The Phase coat I ordered was too small, so I made a return and ordered the size up. The team were communicative and I received my refund shortly after they received my return. The coat itself is stunning and well made, I get so many compliments when I wear it.
I've also recently purchased a sequin jacket. It was posted in a box so the sequins were protected and arrived promptly, it's also so very beautiful, I can't wait to wear it.

I have been following Wild Thing on social media for a while now, and recently made a purchase of the Fantasy Rainbow Bodysuit, in a 18/20. In the "notes" box whilst ordering, I asked WT to send "as close to a size 20 as possible and for the straps to be extra long as I'm tall and curvy".
My order arrived well packaged within a week, I was so excited to try on. However it was actually a nightmare to try on, as it was effectively a one-piece with four adjustable ties: one for each hip and two which crossed over at the back (to be fastened in the middle). I was expecting the lower part of the bodysuit to be attached at the waist so only the shoulder straps would need adjusting. It was frustrating to fasten all the ties one after the other, but once I mostly succeeded, the bodysuit was far too short in the torso, the fabric did not cover my bum or my boobs! Returned for a refund. However, I am giving Wild Thing three stars as I appreciate they are an independent retailer, packaging was good and delivery was fast.
