This is a lovely company to deal with. They are responsive and pro active which is becoming a rarity these days. The broth is absolutely delicious and my favourite from all the ones I've tried.

Wild Isle is a small, family-run business on the Isle of Lewis, making proper bone broth concentrate in small batches using only local bones, filtered water, and sea salt. That’s it. We simmer every batch for at least 48 hours and bottle the rich, gelatinous concentrate in reusable glass jars with glass lids - no plastics, no shortcuts, and no preservatives. Just real food, made slowly and with care. Our broth is inspired by the traditional foodways of the Hebrides, where slow-simmered stocks have long been part of the diet. We source bones from croft-reared cattle that graze freely on the machair and moorlands of Lewis and Harris - high-welfare animals raised by local crofters in tune with the seasons. You won’t find additives, fillers or powdered collagen here. Just broth the way it used to be - nutrient-rich, easy to digest, and suitable for sensitive diets including GAPS, AIP, Paleo, Keto, and Carnivore. It’s also naturally gluten and dairy free. Wild Isle is more than a broth business. We moved to Lewis to raise our family and try our hand at crofting. Our long-term goal is to use profits to regenerate our own patch of land, trialling holistic grazing techniques that aim to rebuild soil, retain water, and restore biodiversity.
