The product took a month to arrive, wasn't as described, and looked much cheaper than it did on their website. This company is a sham. When I contacted the company, they replied that they have a no refunds or returns policy.

Slow delivery of an item that is not what is depicted on the site.
It is of poor quality .
Only now have I looked at the company reviews and endorse what others have written.
Just don't risk the disappointment.
They have no return or refund policy- is this legal?

To start with I wish I'd reviewed this company before purchasing. I only realised I was dealing with a large corporate organisation in china when I tried to track my order. The description and picture is totally different to what I received. Similar yes, but not the same. Don't know how these will turn out once worn. No point in trying to return for a refund because I've tried before on other products from China's corporate business.
So remember to check reviews from here, not the made up ones on their sites.

I tried to purchase an item for £49.90, but they also took a payment for £38.68 which was not authorised. I paid by debit card - BIG MISTAKE

Good product and communication

I purchased two Toptrek bike covers but received two poor quality imitations. Despite raising this with Wild Eye Vision they have refused to provide replacements or a refund with out giving any proper justification. I would urge people not to purchase items from this website

Bag as advertised, actually better than I thought it would be. The delivery was reasonable and was informed through tracking. I will definitely order from them again.

Appalling experience. Item drop-shipped from China took far longer than estimated at point of sale. Product bore no relation to that pictured online and all requests for a refund were ignored. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM website, products are not as described. They will not issue any refunds. please be very cautious do not order from this website. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN its terrible scam online shopping sites can somehow advertise online and rob consumers.

Sizing is a bit off, and communication between ordering and deliver could be better

Well what can I say if you could rate these a Zero that's what I would do, I ordered a Smart watch back on the 19th July only to be told at then end of July they do not stock this watch tried to send me a replacement which was a cheaper version, I then asked for a refund on the 6th August and to date still not received. Please do not buy anything from these people.

These shoes will take me through the wet season coming up. I have other barefoot shoes for summer but needed something waterproof. Thank you.W

Returning goods is rejected. The website gives reasons for returning but I ended up trying every reason and non was accepted.

Wow what a litany of bad reviews you have, if only we’d checked you out before we purchased your poor quality swimsuits. We emailed you a week ago to request a refund authorisation but having read peoples comments here and on instagram we see you’re a scam company. You have been reported you to the bank, trading standards and we will take further action to ensure your not able to trade

I ordered hiking shoes for my holiday, they didn't arrive in time, and have been back 2 weeks, still no delivery. What a joke! I said I wanted a refund when they eventually get delivered, they said that they don't do refunds unless they are damaged. Absolutely disgusting service. Don't bother ordering from this company!

A completely unsatisfactory experience. The shoes took a long time to arrive and when they did they were too big. The company does not allow returns, which I did not realise. Do not order from them unless you are 100% confident that the item will be exactly suitable--something very difficult to do when ordering on line.
