Wigs by Patti's Pearls Anmeldelser

This is an honest, legitimate company that provides full service for customers buying wigs and toppers. I have purchased several wigs, returned one with no problem, and they are my go-to shop. They are located in Alabama and they don't charge me sales tax (Washington state). And Patti is adorable to boot!!

I knew what I was looking for so can’t speak to their customer support. However, they had a good price on the hair topper I was wanting to purchase. You can trust this company. Processed and shipped my hairpiece quickly.

I called more than one time the Customer Service at Patti's Pearls to ask about a certain color, brand, or any advice concerning hair toppers, and always got a helpful and professional answer. They are really nice people.
Thank you so much!

I only buy from Pattie’s Pearls. They offer swift and reliant service, and their customer service is top notch.

I have always been happy with the service from Wigs by Patti's Pearls. Order is processed quickly and shipment is sent right away!

Beautiful wigs and fast delivery.

Excellent customer service and the wig is the absolute best I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend WBPP!

Your wigs and service is EXCELLENT. I’m a repeat customer for a reason. I’m more than satisfied every time I order.

I have been a long-time loyal customer of Patti’s Pearls for several years, and I have spent good money for the wigs I have purchased. I recently found out that access to my account has been disabled, and after calling I was given some BS about them updating their website. Truth is, their prices have increased significantly and I suspect they don’t want the customers to know just how much they have increased. They are now charging an extra $14 for colors like Palm Springs Blonde, not to mention the price of the wigs such as Amber by Jon Renau has also increased. I never paid extra for that color but the person on the phone tried to tell me I did. How can I prove it when I can’t access my account? This is a very poor way to do business especially with loyal customers. I ordered three pieces from Name Brand Wigs and did not get charged an extra fee for the color. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I received a piece that was less than acceptable. I returned it and received a credit for my purchase. I purchased the same piece again and the replacement was much more satisfactory. Wigs by Patti's Pearls has the best Customer Service assistance you'll ever deal with.

The customer service is always A+. Whenever I have questions, they are answered quickly and courteously. I've received my orders on time and in excellent condition.

Quick response to my questions when I wanted to change my order. When I did have to exchange the piece it was an easy process. Quality of this product I received is consistent, excellent. I will order again.

I consulted with Cathy and her expertise lead me to a new style and color that I love!
Also, you’re very prompt on your orders. I’ve been dealing with different places for the last 30 years and always had great experiences in the last 5 years with your company.

I am so pleased with the customer service that is provided by Patti's Pearls. I am able to make my choices after viewing great reviews from Erynn and then easily order on your website. Great attention is paid to every detail and questions are answered quickly and professionally when I call. I trust the advice I receive and value the ease of ordering and the return policy is very comforting and helpful when needed. Great choices and great service!!!!

Wonderful people, fantastic products and quality. The service is impeckable and the prices are great.

I have been a client of Patti's Pearls for a little over a year. They have guided me through my wig journey. Not only do they have any wig you would like the customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. I have been working with Emma recently as I ventured into the world of Fashion Color wigs. She has helped me purchase exactly what I was looking for. You definitely should consider Patti's Pearls for ALL of your hair loss needs.

Patti’s Pearls is the best! It’s the only wig seller I buy from. Their customer service is friendly and helpful, shipping is quick, sales are frequent, I could go on all day! Mostly, they’re trustworthy and I’ve never had trouble with an order, which is definitely saying something important! Love Patti’s!

The service is Sterling! Shipping is fast, they have great sales.. I love watching reviews on you tube and other social media!

Patti’s is the very best! I used to deal with another company for at least 10 years, and although they were very good, nothing compares to Patti’s Pearls. I have had the very best experience with Patti’s all the way from customer service to delivery. Speaking of delivery, it’s super fast and no other company has ever come close.

Excellent site, tout est parfait ! Je suis fidèle depuis longtemps !
