We understand your concerns regarding the instructions, and we agree that customers should receive clear, easy-to-understand instructions with their products.

As discussed in our previous correspondence, we did provide a copy of the English instructions via email. However, we understand that you were unhappy with this solution and had requested physical copies instead.

As a small, family-run Australian business, we take customer feedback seriously and are continually working with our suppliers to improve our products, packaging and instructions.

We are proudly an Australian-owned and operated small business, however, our products are manufactured overseas. We certainly don't intend to give the impression that they are Australian-made, and we apologise for any confusion.

We're also sorry that your product arrived with instructions that weren't in English. We completely understand how frustrating this would be, and it's something we're working with our suppliers to improve.

I've personally sent you an email with the English instructions so you can get everything up and running.
