Whoops Wheel Fix It Anmeldelser

Company ensured they stayed late to complete the wheels so I could have.
Quality of the refub was very good.

Done a good job on my diamond cut 19inch Mercedes wheels, kay was very helpful, once they started doing the wheels sent videos and kept me updated. If I was critical I don't think they started the wheels from when I dropped them off & kay was on holiday and communication was a bit slow until he came back but they are a busy shop and they had trouble stripping one of my wheels so that took the time & wasn't to concerned & no rush as they leant me loan wheels which was good, done a good job and pleased with the results would use again & recommend thanks guys.

Very professional service.
Would definitely recommend them for bodywork and very reasonably priced.

Fantastic service from Whoops Wheel Fix It. The team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was straightforward from quote to completion. The quality of the wheel refurbishment was excellent, the finish looks superb and the wheels look as good as new. Highly recommended for quality workmanship and great customer service.

Excellent service from beginning to end. This was a drive- in appointment and although I wasn’t booked in, they accommodated my request and booked the car in. They did an assessment of the work required, showed me a video of the work to be done, agreed the cost and executed the job as agreed. An amazing job in returning all 4 E-Class wheels back to factory look. Great advice while handing over the car around how to maintain the rims etc. I would highly recommend this company.

Does exactly what they say on the tin, only with excellence, no whoops about it.
Customer service, advice, quality and experience are second to none.
Well done the boys at Whoops!

Great, thoughtful service.

I had a silly incident which degenerated my rim .this guys just make it as new ,Mark was brilliant .Yes highly recommended.
Thank you

Great experience. Polite and ready to help. Been here three times now. Not a bad word to say.

Went to get my calipers painted after a cowboy attempted to spray them. Drop the car off early morning and ready next day.
Amazing job with the calipers with a Ferrari Red,highly recommended.
Great Team and great staff.
Would have given 5* but let down by picking the car up much more dirtier then before, that's the only negative point.

Mark was brilliant and listened and advised the whole way. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish and everything handled in a very professional manner. These chaps know what they are doing and do it well, with a smile on their face. I will definitely be back - well done chaps.

Second time using them (although the other was years ago and thankfully the location is now much better) and once again very happy. Quick service and very decent results on a small bumper repair and 4 allow refurb on Tesla M3P. Price was also reasonable and turn around time pretty quick. Appreciated the frank info and advice re colour matching etc which helped making a decision about the best approach for the money. Would definitely use again.

Top job. Clear quote, fast and efficient work. Comms a little flaky, but they are understandably busy and it wasn’t a big deal. 💯 will use again.

Had my wheels refurbished and they've done a brilliant job, the finish and quality of their work is flawless. The whole team were very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the outcome feels like a new car
