Wholesale Payments Direct Anmeldelser

Jake was friendly, patient, understanding and knowledgeable about more than just the program he was discussing. I had questions answered that would have bothered me to have hanging over me.

I spoke to Olivia about singing up for this program, she was very professional and courteous. She was very knowledgeable about the program she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

$3,700 that’s what’s up. I wiped nearly four grand off my payables last month! It blows my mind how easy dual pricing was to get set up. Wholesale Payments Direct took the headache out of the process and made it plug and play right out of the box.

-100 million stars they are very unprofessional do not fix their own mistakes debit money from your bank account every opportunity they get and do not ever fix their mistakes. They are untrustworthy and a con artist. Nothing but lies and deceit...

WPD was not only prompt and responsive but also willing to troubleshoot tech questions once installation began. I was impressed that this customer service team went above and beyond to make sure the job got done right. Their dedication shows!

Laim hoffman guide me through the process it was amazing good customer services thank you

Do NOT use them and please understand that most of these reviews are written by companies the just signed up that day. It would be zero stars if possible. Do not let them talk you into signing up. What they tell you over the phone and what they actually do are two very different things. Your $10 monthly fee is just for the privilege of having an account with them. You will have fees beyond the $10 if for some reason you are unable to work and sell items to need to have the service. They tell you one thing and do another. Know that they will most likely respond saying that i understood when they were setting up my account. This is not the case, i asked if there will be any additional fees for me beyond the $10 a month if i am unable to use the service in a month and they told me that it will be just the $10. I asked if i didn’t need the service anymore would there be any fees and was told that there would be no other fees that i would need to pay for the shipping. I paid for the shipping and now they want a lot of $. If you look on other sights reviewing them you will see that i am not the only one with this issue. There are even complaints to the BBB and they refute it. They will not honor that and want $500 for canceling early. Do not sign up for their service, it is a total scam!

We needed a solution for our customer's payments and Lisa Carmen was the best to let us know what can work best for us, she helped us with the setup and everything. We are very happy with the platforms we are using and their customer service as well.
