The costume I received was not the costume in the picture. It was supposed to be a dress with one set of measurements but I received a 2 piece which was much smaller. I requested to return it on 10/24 which was last day for returns but they didn’t get back to me for 2 days and said that it was too late to return.

Fit was proper, all lights worked, quite satisfied.

I still have not received my costume ordered over a week prior to Halloween. It is currently November 19th.

I bought a sweater for about $25 and it arrived on time, but three days later I got an email from you selling the same sweater for less than $5. I wrote several times asking if you'd please refund me the difference, but I have heard nothing at all. I do not want to do this, but now I'm at the point of thinking I need to send back the original for a refund and buy a new one at the new price to save $20, but I hate everything about that idea, including the time, gas, energy, etc. that will be required to do this when it's utterly unnecessary. I would otherwise have been pretty pleased with my experience, but frankly no response at all is not an acceptable option from you.

Never recieved this item. Nothing. How can I review something I never got. Paid $8 for shipping to get on halloween. Never got.

I order my things, like weeks ago and haven't got no response. Usually you can track your order or send you a message. I emailed them to see what happened and nobody has even had the time to email me back. I'm worried because wholesale costumes,already charge it on my card,since day one.

I don't remember what I ordered. But you're great with your stuff enjoyed it but I would like to know what was the last thing I ordered. Can please send a picture thank you

Some of my items weren’t available when it came to ship them but they never emailed me to tell me that. Had to call and ask where my missing items were. Not ideal.

I placed an order on 10/23 and paid extra for it to arrive in time for my daughter's costume (10/28). I tracked it several times since it's prepaid arrival date with no news. The order arrived the day after Halloween and we no longer needed the item. I wrote inquiring about how to return the unopened product and get a full refund on 11/4. A FULL WEEK LATER i get this response: "Unfortunately we are no longer accepting returns that are postmarked after 10/24." and that they would reimburse me for the expedited shipping fee. Unacceptable and incredibly disappointing response and fickle "policy" that was nowhere to be seen in any documentation nor confirmation.

Good site, delivered right on time while it was last minute, decent costume, but emailed me too many times about doing this review. 4/5

Didn’t mail me one of my items and are not getting back to me about a refund.

I ordered my costume 10 days before Halloween... It's November 10th!!! I still haven't received it and can't seem to cancel my order.
Terrible!!

Was sent the wrong & useless item. Was told I would be refunded. Two weeks later & still no refund. DO NOT order from this ripoff site.

Purchased an expensive costume. The day it arrived I tried it on and it was way too big. (Their sizing chart is awful, not helpful.) So that very same day I shipped it back. So obviously didn't wear it or anything. Yet they wouldn't return it or exchange it! Huh?? Said it was too close to Halloween. Never did I know of this or agree to these conditions. Who would!? Do not buy from this company they are not trustworthy.

My package never arrived after 10 days I sent an email as I was unable to get tracking number to give me any information . I didn't get a return email for almost two more weeks . But I did get an explanation and a refund. and an apology. I don't believe it was totally wholesalehalloweencostumes fault as shipping problems are getting worse .

When I received the mask, it was brittle and falling apart. I was ready to send it back but I had no other choice but to try and make it work. I really wanted a refund. This was a bad transaction for me. If I could post a picture, I certainly would.
