I would have given more stars if possible. I ordered Oatly cream which came in box of 5 which was ideal for me. I have never had a parcel so well and thoughtfully packed. It was excellent and all 5 cartons arrived in good condition. The service was very prompt. I would certainly recommend them on the basis of this purchase.

Wow! I had this brand of kombucha in the States years ago. Im thrilled that WholeFoods is selling it in the UK.
The favor is second to none. It is raw,30 day fermentation, 2,250mg organic acids and 9 billion living cultures.
It gives you a delightful buzz when drinking. ❤️ the Gingerberry!

Have ordered a couple of times now and all items have arrived in good condition and as expected.

Easy to order, efficient delivery and well packaged. Food allergens labelled well on website and all items delicious.

The produce was great, but I ordered from them because they had a specific ingredient listed as in stock. It showed as available, so I expected a quick delivery. After a few days with no dispatch, I asked and was told they were waiting on new stock and would send it once it arrived. Honestly, I would have ordered from a competitor if I’d known it wasn’t actually in stock, and the delivery ended up coming later than I needed.

I have just received my 3rd order and I must say I’m truly pleased with it. Yes you do have to pay a bit more than at a usual shop but you would be paying the same price if you have to shop at a farm shop. I’m glad I came across their website and will definitely order again soon.

No problem bought monty bojangles cat tins sweet came well wrapped so arrived safe.

I ordered 2 packs of 6 Icelandic water, thought they came in normal cases? They came individually wrapped (waste of packaging material), time consuming to unwrap it all, left with all the plastic bubble wrap to discard then and 1 bottle was missing!

not a great 1st experience wholefoods - I should at least get what paid you for.

Ordered some vegan cheese which atm the maker isn’t able to ship. Tracking was informative & accurate. Packaging was v good & kept the cheese cold til it arrived

Good service - fast delivery - and a really broad range of health/wellbeing-orientated products. I've tried all sorts of new things and so far haven't been disappointed once. I can thoroughly recommend.

Very disappointed. Haven’t received entire order and one of the items arrived not as described. No response from the seller after 4 emails sent already

Received order and most items are okay. However some of the ‘fresh’ fruit ordered was mouldy.
I contacted Wholefoodsbox via several methods but had no acknowledgment or reply from anyone.
Terrible customer service. It’s a shame because I would love to continue supporting local small businesses but they have let themselves down with a complete lack of care and communication.
Will not be using again. Disappointing 😡
