The items I got was not as it said it…

The items I got was not as it said it was that it would hold so much it held very little does not work like it's supposed to very sad that you have to order something to pay for something that you think you can get in it what it's supposed to be and it's not not a good policy I wouldn't buy anything else from them ever. I've already emailed you multiple times and you've emailed back and said you would give me 18% off my next order and I'm not ordering anything from you again. What I got from you is not right and why would I want to order something from somebody if I'm just wasting my money. For something that's not right.

Covering Information on Labels

We received our order this afternoon (3 of the LD62149797-4 and a container of the foam carpet cleaner). It was disappointing the 3 items to cover information did not work at all; seemed like the fluid had dried up perhaps. The cutter section will be handy for opening packages so all was not lost! The foam cleaner has not been tried yet; the container is much smaller than expected. This is not unique to this site; shopping online in general is more disappointing as the years go by.

There was a problem with my order

There was a problem with my order; it was not what I expected. The company was very prompt to my concerns and request for a refund. I would buy from this company again. The process was flawless with the desired results.

Natural touch, but thicker than I expected

Set it in my bathroom cabinet right away, noticed the cream feels unusually dense compared to the lightweight lotions I usually grab at the store. Texture’s got a real presence—opening the cap takes a bit more effort too. The citrus note is subtle, not overwhelming.

Dont waste your time

The reason for my review is because this product doesn't work as it's meant to. It's extremely hard & hurts my scalp and it doesn't even colour your hair.

Took forever to get to my address

Took forever to get to my address. Doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Really doesn't do anything to help leather look better. Waste of time and $$$.

Good looking watch, but watch face…

Good looking watch, but the watch face has sharp edges. The metal watch band also feels cheap with sharp edges and a poor finish. The watch is easy to navigate and quite impressive. However, the packaging is not like shown in the ad. I hope this helps—it's an honest review.

Well this is an international business

Well this is an international business. Might explain some of the red flags where I am in the United States. It should say that somewhere on the site. Customer service has reached out and I do appreciate that. While I'm still waiting on my order at least I know why it's taking time. Will update when order arrives. Still this is a fairly new website. Not even a year yet. I can say maybe start with small items and see how it goes.
