Good service from staff in stores, timely delivery when buying online and you can opt to collect from a store if desired i think. the clothes and accessories sold are good quality!

Ordered 4 items from their online website. The items arrived quickly, and in great condition. I'm really pleased with my purchase and will be buying from them in the future!

I was shown WRF by a friend who I had complimented about their dress which they bought from the website. Really pleased with the whole experience, from finding the clothes on the website, free delivery at £20 spend and quickly delivered too! Also you feel better for not being part of the fast fashion game.
I now have two lovely items added to my wardrobe (the third didn't fit but for £5 it's not worth returning so I will find a new home for it). The only reason for not giving a 5th star was one of the dresses I bought is dry clean only and that wasn't on the information on the website, however, it was in a very good condition as described. I just think there could be a bit more info on care instructions if possible. But overall, great experience, will use again and recommend to others.

The Gap jacket is amazing..it looks great it was as described and it arrived perfectly packaged and ahead of time.. The only fault was mine, the description was XL so I assumed ( being a guy ) thats its a guys jacket, the picture showed the jacket completely buttoned up so no indication it was a ladies until it arrived and the buttons were on the opposite side !

To be honest its a GAP jacket so gender neutral I guess, it fits, it looks great so I'll still wear it.. but perhaps a M/F distinction would be helpful in future ? But as I say my fault for not questioning.. it does fit and looks great though 👌
