Usual good service. Home was packed and delivered in good time with the usual care.

The staff from both London and Dunfermline depots were very efficient. Dan in particular had packed most of the house the night before.

We used White&Co for a long-distance move within the UK. They were fast, punctual, and everything appears to have arrived safely. I would say the removal service sans-packing was very good, easily 4-or-5 stars.

Unfortunately the packing service experience was very poor. Admittedly it would have been better if we had found time to prepare beforehand and set aside the things we didn't want packed, but I would expect most people would struggle to perfectly separate things out whilst also selling a house and preparing to move.

The issues boil down to two things:

1. They packed things we didn't want packed
2. Very few of the boxes were appropriately labelled

They packed very quickly, without giving any thought to "would I want to keep this item in a storage unit for a few months". I wonder if the people packing were aware that it was going into storage?

Despite us requesting that certain things not get packed multiple times, those things ended up packed because multiple people went through each room and they had no system of communicating to each other that an item had been requested to not be packed.

Finally the labeling of boxes was very poor. Some boxes were completely mislabeled (our clothes were labelled as bed linens, for example) and most boxes had completely generic labels, essentially only specifying which room they had been in, and even then we have found multiple boxes so far that contained things mostly from a different room to what they were labelled as.

As the labeling was so poor, we are now finding that we will have to open and search through every single box to find out what is in it and relabel it ourselves so that we can access things from storage as we need them. This is a very slow and difficult process in a nearly full storage unit.

Ultimately I wouldn't recommend against them and I don't regret using them, but I would hope that they could put some thought into improving their packing service, whose disorganization is causing us a lot of stress in an already stressful time in our lives.

The removal went extremely well. The team were efficient, friendly and made the experience as stress free as is possible. I would have given 5*s but one antique cabinet has suffered from the move with a scrape and some scratches.

Great guys. Knowledgeable, polite and super hardworking. Made everything easier and more straightforward. Would request the two guys again because they were fab.

Great experience from start to finish, packing materials were included, plenty of boxes and wrapping paper. Friendly team who went above and beyond, staying late and working around carpet fitters to get the job done! A big thank you to the team!

Definitely the best removal company I've ever used. They done packing for me over 2 days, the move in afternoon on the second day. They were very professional and friendly. No breakages everything was packed securely. I was late getting my keys so they sent 2 extra staff to help unload the van. Brilliant service would highly recommend.

All team members from either end of the job where friendly, careful and very welcoming. They where punctual and understood the importance of their job. This was the best experience yet using your company.

They were excellent from start to finish even when the timing went all wrong with the keys. Very professional.

The person that came out to give us a quote, said that there would be 3 guys doing the removel. Only 2 arrived. They were fantastic. They were quick and efficient and did a really good job.
Unfortunately I am missing an important piece of equipment for my sewing machine. It wasn't a large box, but distinctive due to the brand name on the box. But it definitely went on the van. We do not have it here, it wasn't left behind as we checked and double checked the house before we left.
I telephoned White & company as soon as I realised it was missing. They were polite and said that they would speak to the guys that did the removal. They emailed to say that it wasn't left on the van. But it isn't here or at my old address. That is way I cannot give more than 3 stars

Was good experience with White and Co. First the efficient way my house contents were uplifted, stored as they went on the van. Was also happy with the redelivery after the weeks in storage. All who I had dealings with both in the office and the ones picking up and delivering were very helpful and polite at all times.

From beginning to end White and Company were excellent. The office staff are always available and helpful; a plentiful supply of quality boxes and packing material was provided, the same team saw us through from packing,loading and delivery. They were outstanding - hard working, proactive and unfailingly positive. A really professional company.

Everything was done very efficiently in removing our part load from Edinburgh to Devon, so making the experience very stress free. Delivery arrived exactly on time and everything arrived in good condition and correctly labeled.
