The shipping status didn't update. Just let the customer know where the parcel is. Even my friend(was in Japan) got the package but the status still was being processed. The rest are great.

Since this is an international air shipment from Japan to Europe, shipping fees can be higher than those from domestic or neighboring countries. We appreciate your understanding and want to reassure you that we've worked hard to keep our product prices reasonable.
We're truly sorry to hear about the unexpected 38 euro charge for the three bottles of whisky you purchased. We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating. As this might be your first international alcohol purchase, we want to clarify that customs duties and taxes are standard for imported goods. We always inform customers of these potential costs upfront. Unfortunately, these fees are determined by your government and are out of our control.

Brilliant to deal with. Went above and beyond to sort the issues with my problematic order when it was stopped at customs. Getting it sent back to Japan, before sending to another address in a completely different country for me. I very highly recommend using this company for all your whisky needs.
