If I could leave no stars I would have. I received two codes from 2 separate family members for a significant birthday. Neither codes worked and although initial contact resulted in a fairly quick response (24hrs). When I explained that the link they sent me to was the same as that which I had already tried and the codes still did not work, they have since then ignored me completely. They have taken payment for both of these vouchers and completely ignored any messages since the first response. A disgusting state of affairs as this was not even my money, it was money from other members of my family, paid to them in good faith. Only now after answering a facebook comment have they bothered to try to put things right

I love my whisky and have received a nice selection over the year and a half I have been a member, I have even purchased a subscription for my whisky loving son as a gift. I would say it is a great way to discover new whisky and easy to purchase more. Some good some just ok, but then, that is the point of tasting before you buy. I would highly recommend 'Whisk Me'. I have also seen reviews criticising support and answering emails, all I can share is my experience. I have made contact twice via email and got a reply each time. I write this review as a thank you for the good service and varied whisky offered. (PS.Can we have some English whisky please)

Can’t say I found their whiskies of the world all that exciting.

Given there are so many different counties throughout the world that produce fine whisky, receiving 2 Scottish whiskies, 2 English whiskies, a Welsh whisky, Australian and American is pretty damn poor. …hardly what I would call “whiskies of the world”

Customer Service is also non existent so don’t be expecting responses.

Bought a subscription for my elderly father. When you order and check out it does not tell you immediately that the recipient will need to subscribe themselves with the code they send with the first sample. The recipient does need to provide bank details to confirm their age. Unfortunately if you are of a certain elderly age and do not have access to email or use the internet this can be a problem so if you are sending to an elderly relative please inform them. My father did really enjoy the first delivery but we cannot verify his age (82) so it’s a real shame that we have to cancel it. Whisky-Me did make every attempt to resolve this so not sure why there are so many negative comments saying they don’t respond.

I received my whisky before the email telling me it was on the way but delivery was prompt . I asked for help with an account query but two emails were not acknowledged or answered. Subscription service is very good but support not so good. I was interested to see another reviewer mentioned emails which were not acknowledged or answered. Whisky-Me said they had not had the emails.

I feel bad to leave a review given I received a 1 year subscription as a gift.

This was a years subscription for whiskies of the world.

Being Scottish, I have so far received a Scottish whisky, two English whiskies, 2 Australian whiskies and the rest American.

The selection is really quite poor given the range of countries that produce amazing whiskies. Nepal, India, Japan, Sweden, France etc etc. their collection really is quite lousy.

The customer service however is appalling and you do NOT get a response or even confirmation that they have received your email/queries.

No interest in using them again.

Incredibly poor service. The subscription was sent to the wrong address multiple times. The issue was rectified, only for the last three whiskey's not to arrive at the address again. After alerting the company to my intent NOT to subscribe again, I was duly charged for another subscription (which required a complaint to reverse). Very poor customer service. Will not be suing again.

I love receiving my different dram each month, always comes.
The information card relating to the Whisky sent out is fantastic providing me with a description, tasting notes and information on the distillery. Brilliant job well done to all the team at Whiskyme.

Whisky me is a great membership business. Having been a loyal customer for about 3 years now I truly enjoy the different varieties of whisky’s I receive in the post. Not once have I encountered any issues with my purchase or delivery, payment is taken swiftly and securely and the customer service is fantastic. As en eco warrior I love the recycling scheme available and the good value for money the subscription is.

If you buy a full bottle of whisky from them it just comes from Whisky Exchange but costs more.

Superb and unusual whiskies every month, plus I've never had a problem with delivery of the subscription pouch. Waited a few weeks for one bottle I'd ordered, but I was made aware that this would be the case before I ordered so no complaints. Can't fault them in any way.

I’ve been a member since May 2021 and had a few postal issues which have been resolved. Customer service is exceptionally good. In fact it can’t be faulted!
The whisky selection is broad and I would never have been able to sample as many without this service.
They even run a scheme to recycle the pouches which provides you with a free dram.
If you like Whisky, value customer service and want a great experience I’d sign up!

Customer service is non-existent. I would rate them a minus if I could, they are rude and obnoxious. I made several attempts at reaching out to them and when they finally replied they couldn't care less.

Disgusting. Avoid, spend your money elsewhere.

This is a terrible company that are making a small fortune. The year subscription is such a waste of money, considering the size of the 6cl samples they post out.

Absolutely Brilliant. I get a pouch each month. The whisky is superb. Very pleased with amount and taste. Plus I have received an extra pouch because I recommended it to my sister.

My partner signed me up for this and I topped up, hoping for two pouches a month. This was late June. I've had nothing so far! What's worse, is that nobody is replying to my polite requests for an update. I appreciate these are testing times for a lot of business, but 5weeks of nothing in return for my payment is uniquely appalling. I'll let you know the outcome.
