Absolutlely great service received from online doctors, always friendly and helpful.
The billing department however, is a complete and utter mess.
I constantly received emails regarding an outstanding amount reflected on the statement, however the statement amount owing is inconsistent, and sometimes incorrect despite me having sent through multiple emails and proof of payments.
The billing and accounts department need to sort their admin out properly as we are already unwell, and this causes so much of unnecessary stress.

Very helpful when you’re unable to get out of bed to go to the doctor. Reliable and affordable as well

It's so useful to have a doc on line who doesn't rip you off like a visit to a doctor face to face.Im a pensioner so every cent counts.i have used you for my chronic med repeats as well.

The the doctor I had was extremely nice and very professional … I didn’t have to wait long for a diagnosis or my sick note.. I highly recommend this!

Waiting time, I tried to consult on Friday but the response was very slow and I ended up not getting assisted, which led to a painful weekend. Today I consulted again and I couldn't get my help for Friday. So I forfeit a day from work for nothing. Today it was also slow but I got assisted.

The level of understanding and it’s a cost effective solution to my medical issues. I can afford the medication, but not the full on face to face doctors fees. It becomes a case of one or the other and this way I can afford both. I am so grateful to use them.

10/10 for people that are always stuck at work and cannot get appointments for see a doctor after hours. Will definitely consult with them going forward.

I couldn't lift my head off the bed, got my meds sorted in 10 mins and it was easy to use, I would love to see the app have a psychiatrist option, going to a face to face is hard ans they are like R3k pervisit but thid for normal heath issues is the best think iv used. Better than discovery mart care.
