Overcrowded, claustrophobic, noisy, slow network. The few call booths are all busy, while the vast majority of the offices are empty and locked. Ventilation sucks, AC is running at a bare minimum.

Wework - such a disappointment
I met a very rude and unmotivated team for 14 months in Frankfurt am Main. Only one team member managed to be kind and helpful. Instead of dealing with customers, they have other priorities- although there were no other customers there and the team were just bored. Unfortunately, this has happened very often. Before signing the contract, you will not be informed of a lack of network reception for making calls. How should you be able to work without cell phone coverage- of course the bad phone connection isn´t the fault of the team but at least inform the customers before. Dear Team, please find another job if you are annoyed with paying customers. It was about simple services and a drama was made out of it. I quit immediately in April 2020 and cannot recommend Wework. A chic building alone is not enough. The employees forget that it's about paying customers!
Second time as a member... great service
This is my second time as a member, both times in Southern California. The first time, I was at building near South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa; it was buzzing all the time and had a great site staff that kept everyone engaged. More recently, I am at a brand new WeWork location called Lakeshore which opened during COVID-19. The site staff are thoughtful and keeping everything safe and positive despite the adverse conditions.
Racism....#blacklivesmatter
I just signed up with WeWork Custom House, they have been paid and I can not get inside the building the front desk staff has activated/deactivated my card 4 times also they did not give me a key to the gate so I am sitting in front of the building in 100 degree heat trying to get in. #blacklivesmatter
London Medius House is an absolute…
London Medius House is an absolute disaster.
- no IT support
- no working Wifi
- no print facility works
Of course they don't tell you this when you do a center viewing.
No wonder the center is literally empty. Its not because of Covid. It is because of poor service levels.
From Hero to Zero
From Hero to Zero- Der dramatische Niedergang des Unternehmens war deutlich spürbar.
Keep the right people in the company!!!!!
The only thing that made WeWork stand out from any other regular office was the vibe and personality that the community team brought along with them, I have been in the 123 Buckingham Palace Road Wework for almost 2 years now and just found out recently that two of the best people that have ever worked in that building, Mileni and Rahel were made redundant.
Whoever is responsible for this should really search the word "professional" in the dictionary as they do not seem to know the definition of that word, those two girls were the life of that building and to let them go on that basis is ridiculous in my opinion, on top of that WeWork is keeping people like Christine(american girl, don't know her last name, don't care) in the same building who has been rude to me and other members in the past.
Very disappointed in you wework, doing things like this will make members not want to use your offices as like i said, letting go of people who were the life and soul of the business and keeping "yes men" in jobs is not the way to go forward, better off working from the coffee shop around the corner
Soulless, Evil, bad, poor, avoid .... WeWork's covid atrocities and contempt towards their members
The reviews and headings of others who have posted here are reflective of my own review and experience, after having tried wework a a business first a few years back, and a startup recently ... they promise is so hollow and empty, with it's real value acting as a cancer on the startup & entrepreneur ecosystem.
Soulless, Evil, bad, poor, avoid .... WeWork's covid atrocities and contempt towards their members
WeWork do NOT care about about their members, entrepreneurs or startup community, putting both their staff and their members at risk during covid. They are literally screwing over their members, while trying to find rent relief for their landlords, members are legally not allowed into the offices even if they wanted to and there is no relief from wework at all.
I have even heard of cases where members have not been able to travel to the offices due to lockdown and then wework has entered into locked offices/cabinets and destroyed confidential and legal documents belonging to members.
This is despite government guidelines stating specifically not to go to places like wework and to work from home unless it is impossible to do so.
The first person in our wework location with covid exposure was a wework manager, who worked a couple of desks away from me and the services in our area basically stopped from that time onwards .. and members have basically been ignored since ... even with no replies to emails for weeks, no resolution to problems and requests - it really is just the worst experience :(
The cleaning was something that was continually complained about by many members on our floor leading up to the pandemic, it was just dirty and requests for cleaning basically never happened.
Even after the initial covid scare the place was still not cleaned properly and sanitiser dispensers put in the common areas was usually empty and we had to stop using the space, as it was just too high risk to be in.
Couple of weeks later I went in at night time to collect some stuff and the building management had upped their game, but the wework areas were still pretty bad.
At the same time, all of their services are reduced, many (the main ones of why we were there) now non-existent, while they try any underhanded way to screw every trade entity they deal with, from their staff and suppliers, to the members and "community" they are supposedly there to support.
They could have acted responsibly and support their members, having loyalty for life, as many other similar providers have done. Instead, they have acted appallingly in almost every way ... the death nell of wework as anything other than a biz out to screw as much money out of others as it can.
As other have said on Trustpilot ... do NOT Trust.
Absolutely dreadful experience during…
Absolutely dreadful experience during COVID19. We have been a loyal customer in London for 4 years and recommended many small businesses to them. We had to pay full 100% rent for April May and June during lock down when the British government asked the british people NOT to go to their place of work unless they were an essential worker. We Work is hiding behind a corporate statement that they kept their offices open so clients could work if they chose to. ie if clients chose to defy the british government and put our NHS and lives at risk by travelling to work. If you want a real laugh go the values page on their website - in this together - grateful for my custom, authentic - I think not. We won't be going back.

LOOKS I SPOKE TOO SOON! CAN'T BE TRUSTED
Previously I posted regarding this companies outstanding performance in returning the deposit at the end of my tenancy.
Looks I spoke too soon as they did not return the full amount with no explanation regarding the deduction.
Numerous e mails have been met with silence.
If they hope I will just go way then they underestimate my persistence in ensuring companies meet their obligations to their customers as they expect their customers to meet their obligations.
Really bad experience duing Covid
Really bad experience duing Covid - Will do absolutely nothing for existing members in terms of rent. Imagine keeping the building open throughout the pandemic so you can charge your members full rent?? Horrendous to deal with and there is abviously no longevity in the company as they take very short sited measures to collect as much as they can until they go bust....
Worked in a wework for two and a half years. You can do better
Worked in a wework for two and a half years. Most of it was fine but it got progressively worse from when I started
Issues:
1) staff turnover - every 3 months they move anyone good out to a new building, meaning the staff got worse and worse all the time. In the 2.5 years i was there they changed the manager 4 times and the rest if staff even more often
2) crap repair times. In Manhattan functioning elevators is essential. When u work on the 14-25th floor of a building walking up and down is not reallly an option. at any given point one if the two were out of service. While dumping billions into expansion they cant manage to do more than repeatedly band aid a serious issue. Elevator wait times often 10-15 minutes
3) many if the nice community things, like breakfast on Mondays, were cut out. Missmanagement and massive issues with WeWorks business model are well known. Major capital constraints bled through to the services themselves
At the end if my time, I can say i will never work at another wework. Will be finding a different coworking company soon
What sums it up, after 2.5 years in this building 4-5 days a week, the woman who was working didn’t recognize me, and i waited 30 minutes just to be let in the building. The place and its employees suck
Soulless corporation
Soulless corporation. I bought membership during lockdown for £130. A few days after, they tried to charge me £336. I wrote to support TWICE to cancel, I cancelled from the website, and WeWork is STILL trying to charge my card, every day, with the £336!!! That is so dodgy and unprofessional. No wonder why this corporation is failing. It’s anti-customer-centric and robbing its customers. Let me also mention that when I went there, there wasn’t even a reception person to make me a card to enter and exit.
WeWork fail at what they claim to be best at
WeWork advertise themselves and their services as something extremely different to what you get. They try to impress you with free coffee, events, meeting rooms, networking opportunities and other 'perks', but that is only to suck you in and commit. They will stop those benefits eventually and you'll be left with a tiny office or desk, looking at your contract and wondering why you signed.
London- Really, Really Poor
London- Really, really poor.
Claimed that the building was open for "key workers" during the coronavirus pandemic. The reality is that they opened the building as the contract states that if they fail to provide office space for 2 months then clients are no longer liable to pay.
Trying to negotiate terms with them is a case of smoke and mirrors. You agree a price only for it not to be the price, they will then quote a clause in the contract and add on 3%. The sales/ customer experience is abysmal.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
Disappointing Customer Support
Disappointing! WeWork Manila is not working with us on a reduced rate despite the fact the entire city is closed and the building inaccessible.
Social Distancing concerns?
We rent a 6 person room from We Work but we are worried that when we are allowed back in, that it would be too small to maintain social distancing in the room. Refreshment facilities and Hot desking cannot be kept clean constantly to keep us safe. Does anyone else has similar concerns? Have you been in touch with We Work about it, if so, what have they said?
Thanks,
Jack
Don't Trust them they are evil.
Literally, they will screw you at every turn. Any chance to overcharge you they will take. In February, I had to resolve them charging us an additional $800 for nearly 7 months, we got that refund. Now, during COVID they refuse to cancel our membership agreement.
AVOID!!!!!!
AVOID!!!!!!! Never! Hear me... Never sign up with them!!!!!!! They keep charging members full fee for empty offices - they don’t allow you to use your office, yet the charge you! Yes you read it right!!!!!! The company is on the brink of bankruptcy and they deserve it 100%!!!!! Too bad my taxes will go to pay Weworkers’ unemployment anytime soon!
Don't even bother
Don't fall for their perks or 'community' selling points, they are only interested in profits! The fact they haven't closed during this situation just shows their true colours and if you're thinking about getting office space go to someone who actually cares about their customers. Horrid company with horrid leadership!
