I found We Watch Your Website via an online forum when I was searching for a solution to a possible malware infection of my web host account. I wrote to Thomas and received a very speedy and helpful response. I decided to use his services and I am forever grateful as he was able to find and clean up multiple intrusions/malware/viruses. I feel terrible my websites had been infected so badly but the web host solution was far too pricey for me to use. Thomas on the other hand is very inexpensive and by far, more effective. Hands down one of the best security companies to use for your WordPress websites. They are a great (or even better) alternative to overpriced services like Sitelock. I have to say We Watch Your Website is amazing...I contacted them early in the morning and by the next afternoon they had cleaned my website of all the malware and found out how the hackers had penetrated my site and removed the problem. I have been using We Watch Your Website (WWYW) for years now. I can't stress how amazing they are. As a developer and web designer, I have relied on WWYW to fix critical security breaches and secure sites back to their original glory. They are simply the best.

They really came through for my client when our site was hacked. The issue was looked into and resolved FAST.

In our first year they were great. I'd have given them five stars.

At the end of the first year they did not remind us to renew. This resulted in us getting our Website hacked shortly thereafter. We contacted 'We Watch Your Website', they apologised, got us going again and promised it would not happen again.

At the end of the second year it happened again. So we contacted them and paid our Subscription. They have not sorted us out. We've lost our Website and E-mail for over 6 months and are facing having to re-develop the website. They are not answering their Mobile Phone or our emails.

NOT HAPPY -

Turned to Wewatchyourwebsite when the costly website security outfit foisted upon me by my hosting company turned about to be a huge waste of my money and my time. Wewatchyourwebsite were very efficient in removing the malware on my site and very responsive to my emails. I wish I had known about them first. I highly recommend them.

I went with them as my web hosting company recommmended them. I guess they have some sort of partnership. The service is well nothing except I had to purchase a new template and replace some core files myself. They don't respond to emails or anything. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUYERS BEWARE!

This was exactly as advertised. Very affordable and fast. Cost me about 1/10th what it would cost for my Hosting provider to do the exact same thing. Forget the big name site security sites... THIS is what you want.

No affiliation on my part. I just had a defacement issue which they cleared up for me in about 5 hours. Re-enabled my theme and kept on living life.
