I received an email from the company stating that they could not deliver it to my address. I provided the same address as on the order, which is the correct address. They replied stating that they are unable to ship to my location. I provided an alternate address to ship to. They replied with a tracking number saying it has already been delivered but the city is 5-hours away. I tell them they may have sent that tracking number to me by mistake. They reply with the address it was shipped to and say it was delivered. I wrote back saying that is not my address. I didn’t get a reply so disputed.

Wonderful and very quick shipping, but definitely issue with returning items. They ask you all kinds of questions but don't do anything.

Customer service was giving me a hard time when I wanted to return the item, but they finally agreed. However, the website says that I would get a full refund but customer service said that I can only get 90% of my refund. Sounds like a scam company, stay away.

I have an issue with the projector (it doesn’t focus in all areas). The description says that it has a 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted support and after many emails back and forth, I sent pictures and videos of the problem. They told me that is by design and the projector shouldn’t be used for text and only video. They will not let me send it back for a refund.

I have recently purchased it at a discount. The shipping was very fast from the Amazon fulfillment center. This projector can display good pictures in a dark room. During the day, the color will be washed out as the light source is not strong enough. one of the main issues I noticed is the loud fan noise. if you are using it in your bedroom, like me at night, it is very noticeable. I have to raise the volume to drown out the fan noise. also, color accuracy may not be the best. I wished there were tint(white balance) and saturation adjustments in settings. I am using it with a Roku express and using one of the sidewalls of my bedroom as a giant screen. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Have just received and tried out V53 projector. Power cord is super short so I need to get an extension before using it. Also the WiFi connection is not connect and done like most mobile devices, it requires some set-up which I am still figuring out. Instruction manual is basic minimal, there is no step by step operating procedure for included functions.

I’ve been testing and trying many different projectors for a 100” screen I put up in my bedroom over the past 4-5 months. As I’d no interest in breaking the bank it’s been a struggle. There’s always been an issue with brightness, color rendering, focusing, and visible pixels.
This is the one. Seriously….give it a shot. It’s very impressive on all the above mentioned criteria. Sound, I don’t care about as I connect to a Bluetooth speaker so I can’t speak on its sound performance. But it’s refreshing to know this V53 is top notch on video quality.

I initially bought a Wewatch V10 on Aliexpress, I had never heard of the brand. I received the projector in a few days, very well packaged and complete (with control, power cable and HDMI) and I was impressed with the quality for the price paid. Soon after, I started researching more about the brand, accessed the community, discovered amazing products, great support and managed to win at Wewatch V50! The V50 is much superior to the V10, as it is also a little more expensive, I was much more impressed, both in the construction of the device and in the quality (definition) of the image even though it is environment not in totally dark. Wewatch products are of great quality and great prices. Recommends to everyone!

Wewatch is a company with professionalism. They ship quality products with zero defects.. They have a keen ears to the customers' feedbacks. They also try hard to rectify the issues. Hope they emerge as a multi-million$ company with a lot of happy customers.

What worked for me:
1. Portable; I can easily carry this with me from room to room. I had to situate the projector properly onto a table or tripod before turning it on to ensure picture size is how I want it to be.
2. There’s no built in system, but this did not bother me because it had hdmi and usb ports, which allowed me to put in external video player or play from my saved movies. I could also screen mirror from my phone.l to play videos or just project what’s on my phone.
3. I could watch videos as big as 120 inch and still appreciate the color, and clarity that is coming from the small projector. If there are lights on, expect that color will be lighter. It is best used with almost no lights on or at least limited. It’s definitely good enough for casual TV watching, outdoor viewing or when you have friends over, and you’d like a larger screen to project phots and videos.
4. The sound quality is decent. It is loud enough that it doesn’t need external speakers. I hope the speakers last because if not, it would still be fine to hook up an external speaker to make louder sounds.
5. It should be connected to a power source and no obstructions around it should be placed to ensure its smooth operation.
6. Its relative cheap for its functionality. It’s a good solution for your impromptu movie nights, which I totally enjoy doing.
7. I like its white color and bronze like color for the focus control. It has a minimalist design.
This is the mini projector for you if you are on a BUDGET. Definitely hit my image and sound quality requirements.

The Wewatch v30 is perfect for someone who is looking for a budget-friendly projector that can provide a cinema experience at home. Having received this projector more than a week ago, my family and I have been watching movies non-stop everyday. What we like about this projector is its picture quality and the size of the screen. Being able to project a movie at more than 100 inches while still maintaining clarity and sharpness of the image is surprising coming from a tiny projector. We mostly watch at night when the room is dark which is the perfect condition for the projector to shine. Focus can be adjusted manually by scrolling the focus wheel to make the picture clearer. In addition, the sounds coming from the speakers are loud and clear. Excellent for watching movies and shows.

The only drawback I could think of is the lack of keystone adjustment which makes it harder to position the projector. Despite this, we are extremely pleased with the projector and we are very grateful to the people at Wemax for promoting the Wewatch V30 projector.

The Wewatch V30se projector is a small format projector but packs a powerful punch.

The unit is small and really nicely designed and feels solid and well made.

I projected to a Da-Lite fast fold screen and got a good clear image of around 100”. The image was smooth and clear coping with a fast movie action film and then the New Year eve fireworks. I tried both dark room and a dimly lit room and the projector was bright enough in both situations although obviously much better in totally dark room.

One area is does lack is keystone but other features and the cost more than make up for it not being there.

I highly recommend this projector and also Wewatch, can’t wait to have more cinema nights with my family.

I have received Wewatch V30 couples of weeks back and after using it for sometime, I believe I may have one the best budget portable 1080p projector in my hand.The projectors projects stunning real 1920x1080P resolution,provides vivid image for videos and movies, ensuring the best video experience in dark condition. I have tried projecting in bright lighted room for test purpose but projection was less visible( the light was quite bright) but it did well in ambient light condition - I would recommend 40" throw screen for well lit condition any bigger size than that ambient and dark condition would do better. For overall, this projector covers most of the must have checklist such as elegant appearance and portable size suitable for any occasions, throw screen size from 40" to 120" ( this is home theater mode) , supports mirroring technology via Wifi for iOs and Android, And the best thing of all , the projector comes with built-in 3W dual speakers, which can provide an excellent ,clear and loud internal speaker experience without connecting to external speakers.For someone who is beginning to enter the world of projector and home theatre,I believe this Wewatch V30 would perfect first addition for the best experience. For me this little guy has become my go to daily movie watching experience.
