Wetrooms Design Ltd Anmeldelser

After previously speaking with one of their representatives, Zach Foster, in order to select the correct shower drain, he provided with two options.
I explained over the phone that I would need them until Saturday when the plumber and tiler are booked to come in. On their website it says the products are in stock. After placing the order I only found out that the delivery would be done after 1 week via TNT, FROM POLAND. This means that the actual products are NOT IN STOCK but are on back order or in the supplier's stock. Not in the UK warehouse stock.
After calling customer service, the person on the other end of the call said they had it in stock, which is not true. I am now left with no option but to try and fit a square drain or whatever I can find in the next 24hrs only because I trusted the wrong people. Plus the prices are not cheap.

David was super helpful. I phoned at 3:15 because a part for my wetroom drain had gone missing. He had the correct part to me at no extra cost within 24 hours so the tiler was able to complete his work on schedule. Amazing. Very can do attitude.

I rang up for some advice. Extremely helpful. Clearly know all about their showers etc. I wish they were in Greece!

I recently purchased a linear drain from Wetrooms Design for my walk-in shower, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the product and the service I received.
Firstly, I was amazed by the speed of delivery. Despite my initial concerns about receiving the item on time, it arrived promptly, allowing me to proceed with my renovation without any delays.

The quality of the linear drain is exceptional. Not only does it look sleek and modern in my bathroom, but it also functions flawlessly, efficiently draining water without any issues. It's evident that Wetrooms Design prioritizes craftsmanship and durability in their products.

Moreover, I must commend their customer support team for their outstanding assistance in helping me choose the right waterproofing kit for my shower. They were knowledgeable, patient, and provided valuable insights that ultimately ensured I made the best decision for my project. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

Overall, my experience with Wetrooms Design has been nothing short of excellent. From fast delivery to superior quality products and exceptional customer support, they have exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend Wetrooms Design to anyone in need of high-quality bathroom solutions.

I’ve just bought a shower base from Wetrooms Design, it arrived damaged and so the client would have no bathroom when they returned from their holiday. I spoke to Zach yesterday evening, and he called me a 9.00 am this morning to say he could get one here tomorrow. Now that’s what I call SERVICE. Thanks Zach and WDL ⭐️

Great service, super easy to order, delivery was on-time, great service. Quality product, cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic knowledgeable service and really try to help you get the product the next day. Have ordered twice and very happy.

Wetroom Designs sell good quality items at competitive prices. I bought an item which I had to return (although there was nothing wrong with it) and, whilst not the fastest of processes, the return ran faultlessly, collection was arranged and I received a full refund with no deductions. This was outstanding service and should provide a high level of confidence when shopping with Wetroom Design

Genuinely impressed, the website is clear and easy to navigate, identified the part I needed easily, ordered at a very reasonable price and delivered in double quick time Well done, thanks for saving me time and money

Can't fault their customer service! Very helpful and they tell you all the details you need to know. Thank you David and Agnes for your help!
Ordering is very straightforward and delivery was quick.
Their after purchase customer service is also very good! They email you to make sure everything is ok with the order. :) high recommended!!

A really first class service and did what it said on the tin. I had to check a couple of things prior to the order and the staff were most helpful. Delivery came on time and I have just fitted the product and it looks awesome in my customer's bath. Looks robust and price was also very attractive. Thank you

I chose to fit a wetroom shower tray from this company because it offered a suitable size and drainage configuration for my project. I had formerly used an Impey tray that was easy to fit. By comparison the wetrooms design tray has proven to be problematic, time consuming and difficult. The whole tray is curved in two directions preventing it from lying properly whilst you are trying to prepare the floor leveling compound over a concrete floor. Trying to set the drain trap at the correct level is also difficult because it needs to be set under the tray aligning to the tray drainage channel. This channel protrudes below the thickness of the tray meaning that it will need to be set below the structural floor surface. Its protrusion below the tray also makes it difficult to level the tray whilst it fowls on the floor. Whilst installing this you will need to manage floor leveling compound, excavations, multiple levels and a tray with a curved bottom. To be fair the company was polite and willing to talk to me. Nevertheless I would not buy this again and certainly cannot the recommend this installation process when compared to Impey.
I believe the product could be better designed and manufactured to improve this type of experience.
