The products was as described and of good quality
The products was as described and of good quality. They arrived safely and well packed. If there is one area in which service could be improved, it would be in dispatching the goods a little more promptly, but having said that I'd be happy to order again and buy from this company.

At the point of ordering We were informed a 6 week delivery - start of October 2025 / delivery date estimated beginning of January 2026, only communication was when we chased the retailer, we were informed it was a manufacturing issue , not good enough , we had to put cancel and reschedule our bathroom fitters twice - make your own mind up but we would not use this company again

We are disappointed to hear that there have been issues and delays with the delivery of your order.
We have investigated the circumstances surrounding the issue with your order. As you were aware, the Nuance Waterproof 1200mm Shower Boards in Grey Paladina were being discontinued, and there was limited stock available for this item. This had to be ordered as a special order, which had a four- to six-week lead time.
During the month of November, we contacted you to advise that there was a further delay with the shower boards. At your request, we then re-arranged delivery for the 15th December. On the 15th December, we were then advised of a further delay and that the shower boards would not be available until January 2026.
We can only apologise for the inconvenience and delay due to the manufacturer. We can assure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure your order is delivered.
We appreciate your feedback.

Wrong towel rail sent
I ordered a white electric towel rail for my bathroom. Instead I was sent a chrome one. Westside insisted that I send them photos to prove that the towel rail was indeed chrome.
Then it insisted on me returning the rail before it would replace it. This delayed my builders by ten days. Not impressed.

We are very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect electric towel rail.
Upon investigation, it is our standard practice to request photos of what you have received. This is to determine if the order was mispacked by the manufacturer or if there was an issue within our company. We also apologise for the towel rail having to be returned before the correct towel rail can be sent. We do have the option to offer a shadow payment for the correct towel rail to be sent, while the incorrect towel rail is collected. Once we had received the incorrect towel rail, we would then refund your shadow payment back to your credit / debit card. We appreciate that this would not be an ideal solution to the issue, but this would ensure that the correct towel rail would have been delivered quickly.
We would like to apologise for the fact that this caused a delay with your builder, hope that your new Smedbo White Electrical Tree Towel Warmer fully installed and working.

Does not inspire confidence
Purchased expensive Taps, Tavistock instructions mentioned a seal had to be removed using an Allen key provided which was not there.
I took a picture of the instructions to prove it and their response was that they contracted Tavistock who told them that the instructions are out of date and no Allen key will be provided, Westside accepted this and said they can’t help any further,

We had checked with the manufacturer directly, and it was confirmed that the installation instructions you received were out of date, and that an Allen key is no longer supplied with the Tavistock taps.
