West One Bathrooms Anmeldelser

Robert has been excellent in helping our bathroom purchases and after sales services

Katie at the West One Bathrooms Chelsea branch was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with something I needed. She put a great deal of effort into helping me, and I really appreciated her dedication and excellent customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and her willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you, Katie!

I had a wonderful experience visiting West One Bathrooms today. From the moment I arrived, I received exceptional customer service. Excellent service from start to finish. Isobel Clark was welcoming, approachable and genuinely interested in helping me achieve the outcome I was looking for. She went above and beyond with her advice and made what could have been a daunting visit a really positive experience. I left feeling valued as a customer, and that level of care is something you don't find often these days. Thank you, Isobel - I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

We are a London based interior design company working on high value residential projects which can often be challenging and have frequent change of scope. Shammi at West One's Chelsea branch has been an incredible partner to us over recent months - assisting with specification details, helping to resolve bathroom design challenges and facilitating clear and open communication between both our team and our clients. He has gone above and beyond on several occasions finding bespoke solutions to align to our design intent and the clients wishes. His patience, humour and professionalism never waver. We would have no hesitation in recommending West One Bathrooms to other designers and architects.

When it comes to bathrooms, no one does it better than West One Bathrooms. They have access to an extensive range of suppliers, and their talented Sales & Design Consultants have exceptional knowledge of the materials and products available.
I visited their Farringdon showroom, where I met Faye. She took the time to fully understand my vision and design aspirations, she carefully listened and took time to understand my brief.
From the initial design stage through to completion, Faye and her team provided outstanding support every step of the way. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable.
Faye put together a beautiful combination of materials that captured the concept I had in mind. In fact, the final result exceeded my expectations and was even better than I had imagined, all while staying within my budget and without compromising on quality or my design.
Renovating a bathroom in your own home is a major undertaking for anyone, even for someone like me who works in the construction industry and understands the complexities involved.
My experience with West One Bathrooms was exceptional. They removed much of the stress by being responsive, attentive, and highly professional throughout. They work with an excellent portfolio of bathroom fitters who can transform your vision into reality, delivering outstanding craftsmanship and attention to the finest details.
A huge thank you to Faye and everyone involved in supporting my project. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend West One Bathrooms to anyone looking to create their dream bathroom.

I have used West One bathrooms previously and they were excellent. I had to replace my shower after approximately 10 years and wanted to get exactly the same one. I was assisted by Jane Doney from the Wandsworth branch. She was amazing, went the extra mile to locate my previous purchase, contacted the supplier to make sure that I could still order it to the same dimensions. Fantastic customer service and excellent communication with regards to delivery times. My plumber struggled with the installation process initially and Jane supplied me with a stage by stage installation with was really helpful.

Felt I really must write and share my experience of West One Bathrooms in Clerkenwell and in particular Alberto who provided such a fantastic level of customer service. Although we are based in the North East, my wife and I have always been fans of West One products - a word apart from those available in 'mainstream' bathroom suppliers' studios. Undeterred by the distance we purchased our latest suite from West One Bathrooms Clerkenwell and have been delighted by the service we have received. From Alberto in the showroom (who has been absolutely brilliant to work with) right through to the delivery team, the care and attention we have received has been first rate. I would not hesitate to recommend Alberto and his team at West One Bathrooms Clerkenwell for your next bathroom project.

Arezoo was incredibly helpful with our purchase. She was efficient and meticulous with all the details. Arezoo is a credit to your company.

We are very happy that Cecilia Gillott, of West One Bathrooms in Farringdon, assisted us with our bathroom renovation.
With her charm, knowledge and patience, Cecilia brought the scheme to life, and made the process very easy for us...and we are delighted with our new bathroom...it's more beautiful than we ever hoped for.
Compliments to Cecilia...we wouldn't have done it without her!

Louise was fantastic in helping me choose my first bathroom of four. Would recommend.

So pleased we went with West One Bathrooms. Louise from the Tunbridge Wells showroom was so knowledgeable and really helped us with finalising our design and troubleshooting when issues arose during the installation itself. Thank you!

We have ordered 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloak through WestOne Battersea and the whole process has been a joy!
We were lucky enough to be guided through everything by Jo who was fantastic. She totally understood the look we were after and helped us select the right products.
If you can, I really advise taking advantage of the design service because it really helped us make the right choices and brought it all to life.
I cannot recommend this company enough.
- great range
- talented and friendly staff to help you select.
- well organised, timely delivery
5 stars across the board.

Very grateful for Susan’s help with our cloakroom refurb. Her patience & expertise meant we were able to bring our small project to fruition, with an excellent choice of fittings. Many thanks!

I had an excellent experience working with Lily at West One and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lily was so helpful and gave me a lot of good advice. She kept everything moving very smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and even enjoyable. Thank you very much!

10/10 helpful and professional I love west one bathrooms

We've used West One bathrooms for three different projects now and have always received great service and design ideas. Communication throughout the process is always to the highest standard.

We needed a new bathroom fitting. Laura identified exactly the right product, provided a competitive price, and then gave provided the contact details for an excellent bathroom fitter! Everything we needed. I'd recommend.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to get assistance by Westonebathroom and especially Yessica who has been a real diamond in navigating through the many options in their portfolio.

Also the other staff members and their bespoke team were great.
