The experience was easy from start to finish.

Initial communication over what’s app from Tugce was great and the 2 ladies who was at the dental clinic Brie and İrem where also very welcoming. The actual clinic wise and smile was fantastic. The Hotel was ok some things dated but nice enough. They said the transfer would be luxury vip this was the only thing that wasn’t the best but not that important to me.

So glad I done it after years of thinking about it I am very happy with the results and can now smile without feeling conscious about my teeth.

Western use a great hotel and fantastic dentists, Llayda had a lovely rapport with the dental team and communicated well. Extremely happy with my new smile

Western health were great. Especially the agents, Brie and Ezgi. Ezgi wast fantastic at communicating with us and explained everything we needed to know in advance. Brie who was our agent when we were there did such a good job of making us feel welcome and informed. She even treated me to breakfast. Which was lovely of her. The dental clinic wise and smile where great. Both of the lady's who carried out my treatment where experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They were brilliant I wish I could have showed them more appreciation but my mouth was so numb from the Anaesthetic I couldn't say anything 😂. The clinic itself was perfect exactly what it looked like in the pictures. I can now finally smile after so many years of hiding it. I will happily use Western health again. They delivered on what they said they would. 5 * from me.

If I were to evaluate the clinic in a few sentences, my opinion is fully justified and satisfactory despite the change in the plan for me, which I absolutely agree with, the care and approach was professional, especially the young, beautiful Irem who is always there for you if you need it, her approach, empathy towards other people shows what good young people we have around us. Everything was great from start to finish. Transfer guy was amazing, hotel was clean, clinic was spotless and top notch. Doctor was attentive, my lovely hosts Llayda and Brie were brilliant. Everything thing from Airport to Hotel went smoothly and Hotel was lovely ..The Dentist explain everything to you making you feel at ease

All the arrangements was made with very professionals assistants Gamze and Ilayda, they was fantastic to me always with positive atitude to me even when I was suffering of Pain, they help me relief with a good sense of Humor, the clinic is very spacious and clean, they offer tea that's is very nice and healthy, thanks you for the treatment and I will invite kore people to do the same treatment as me. Great experience from the Western Health dental clinic. From start to finish, Yunus was very helpful from the first enquiry, answering all my questions very promptly and always reassuring. Upon my arrival, Brie the patient coordinator went above and beyond making a very daunting experience, pleasurable. The dentists and all the assistances made me feel welcome and at ease. They’ve given me a beautiful smile and I can’t be thankful enough.

I can’t believe how smoothly the whole process was from start to finish! Tugce, the organiser, an absolutely amazing lady was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process.
She gave me my quote and organised the team, and set me up with my service coordinator. You are never left on your own and since my return back to England she is still in contact making sure I’m ok and there if I need any further assistance. I recommend this company 100 %.

Exceptional service, highly recommended

Irem & ILayda were EXCELLENT through the whole week & were so attentive 2 beautiful people, & not to forget my Dentist Cagil who was EXCELLENT always asking how am I feeling during the procedure if I was in pain just so attentive & giving good post OP advise, just a pity the advise was not on a printout(maybe a little card). Bring a bit extra money for unexpected work(Filling's & so on) but it's all worth it. There was a mishap with the Hotel reservations and was put into the incorrect hotel on the 1st night which Irem, ILayda & the manger addressed so hold onto paying in full until you are in the hotel promised, keep it in writing. Apart from the hotel mishap everything else was great.
My son is now looking at getting work done from Western Health Turkey

Wow!!! Such a great team of people at the clinic especially Irem who always made sure we were happy step by step updating us with information and appointment process each day, all so comforting and caring making sure I was happy, I was so scared of the dentist but Irem made me feel at ease and was always there to reassure me . I cannot describe how happy I am with my lovely new teeth, and able to smile with confidence. Thank you all at western dental couldn't have been in safer hands Irem is a great asset to your company xxx

Amazing experience from start to finish, i would highly recommend

Went with my Mumzie to support her through the process . They had prearranged transport that took us straight to the hotel from the airport and thereafter whenever we needed to get to the appointments , a friendly driver was there waiting for us.

The doctors at the clinic were very nice and friendly and explained to everything in great details and answered all questions.

Regarding prices , due to the treatment my mum is receiving , they changed once the doctor was able to see her face to face and do the scans however she was ready for that on somewhat level due to the complexity of her situation.

Last but not least, Ilayda who is nothing less but a superstar and an absolute angel . She was there translating and taking care of EVERYTHING needed. She was so reassuring of the whole process and took a bucket full of stress out of both my and my mums head . As it was our first time there , she also gave some great recommendations as to what we should visit and explore.

I went back to western health in august to get my finals done a all in 4 on top , the bottom I’ve had a bridge done and zirconias I’ve got one original tooth which was left alone , I was very happy with the outcome, have beautiful teeth now , getting so many compliments people saying I look younger, it’s so nice to have my confidence back would like to say a special thank you a young lady called llyada for her friendship and hospitality, she’s a credit to western health Turkey

All the staff were amazing especially Ezgi and Irem, they explained everything I needed to know. Everything went well and my new teeth are fab. All in all an excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys your all superstars ⭐️

One word which sums this company up…..AMAZING….. my journey from start to finish was so smooth nothing was to much trouble and with my first encounter with ezgi she put me at ease and persuaded me to choose Western health and im so glad i did, even from the pick up from hotel and to and from clinic everyone was polite and welcoming. My translator ilayda was superb and with me most of the time during treatment.
I suffer massive fear and anxiety with dentists let alone going to a different country to have major work done but my god what a job dr pinar did, she was brilliant her English was fab and she put my fears to rest but better than that the job she did on my smile is amazing never have i been able to smile this much and feel so much more confident. So please if your thinking of having dental work done choose western health nothing is to much trouble and patient satisfaction is there make goal. Thanks again to the whole team

Dentists explain in perfect English every step of the procedure and make you feel relaxed during your stay. These people are perfectionists. I have just returned home after having my teeth done in Turkey Izmir, which was booked with Western health with llayad who sorted my treatment out from start to finished and was always there for me no matter what and is so professional ❤️ if i ever need any more treatment she will be the one i go to for arrangements. My treatment was done by Dr Pinar, and all I can say is she's AMAZING! 👏 From start to finish, she was so gentle with me, and the work she has done on my teeth is perfect and the best dentist I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this company and of your thinking about having your teeth done then Dr Pinar is the one to ask for especially if your nervous at dentists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
