Very poor customer service
Went in today to buy a drifta rooftop tent because they are the only place in Melbourne that stocks them, I was the only customer in the shop and the 2 guys that were in there would not even acknowledge that I was there, even after 15 minutes of standing around the tents right near the desk. Very disappointing I guess I will be finding somewhere else to spend my money

Excellent, fast service
Excellent fast service and someone from the team stayed at work after hours to process our order so pickup would be early the next morning as we were in a rush. We ordered a roof top tent to be delivered to Adelaide and it arrived in less than 48 hours, without express postage. Fantastic service, thank you Western 4WD and outdoors.

Great Place
Stayed at one of the cabins which was clean and well appointed. The heated pool was a hit with our 8 yr old and over all it was a nice place to visit

Highly recommended 👌, phone call and delivery was great, I'm more then happy with my product (rooftop tent and yet to set up my awning)
Carnt wait to test them out, the tent was so easy and simple to set up (in the lounge room)

Product, purchase and delivery were all fantastic. I am however missing all of the fixings for my bash plate. No bolts, nuts, washers or anything. Anyway, the plate seems good.

Sorry to hear that Lachlan, none of our other customers have had that issue. You have bought an awning from Drifta, so best to respond to them regarding their products and setup.

Phone contact was good
Phone contact was good, the cart system needs a bit of TLC though. On the PC when I wanted to put in my address for postag,e the bloody FB messenger kept covering the button argh. The office crew sorted out my request though. Gotta buy local when you get the chance. :-)

The assist springs are ok
The assist springs are ok . They have made a difference and lifted the rear of the Ute slightly. They have improved the towing weight capacity and my trailer is tracking better now .
What I was disappointed in was the time it took to receive them but in saying that I realise that the fault lay with Australia Post at this busy time of year.
