This company is basically a scam! My order never was shipped and it took 6 weeks to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable!

I placed a simple order through them and after 2 weeks of no tracking info sent, I reached out to customer service to see why. It took another 10 days before I actually got a reply after numerous attempts to contact customer service calling and emailing.

I was been told the items are not in stock, but a shipment had just arrived. After another week of no tracking info I then tried to communicate with customer service again and was finally told they will issue a refund.

Even after this refund conversation it took another two weeks before the refund was even issued, and that is not default of my credit card company that typically takes 48hours to post.

Looking online I am definitely not the only person with this awful experience and it blows my mind that it's company is able to do this. My thoughts are that they prey on customers who do not pay attention and possibly forget that their order was not fulfilled.

Do not buy through this company unless you want to just waste time and throw away money.

Used this company for nearly a year. Last week, a purchase never arrived. It took me two days of phone calls and emails until I finally got a person on the phone. I was told not receiving my purchase is my problem, not theirs. I think it’s funny that a business would send me to another provider over $106, after I’ve spent over $1000 over the last year.

Package never arrived. After 11 weeks, got a partial refund, not full. They have ignored emails regarding a full refund.

Order three boxes of Vape juice they only sent me two I emailed them about 15 times now still nothing!! I called about 10 times now still nothing. they took my money for three juices I only received two and now I’m getting ignored. I will never buy from them again.Horrible service!!

I ordered my vape 8 days ago and still have not gotten it. There contact is slow. I did get an answer but it did not tell me when I was getting it. I will never buy from them again. They take so long to send out vape. I have order from other places during this covid 19 issue and still got it with in 5 days. Its been 8 to 9 days and still don't have a tracking number. Ugh bad . Stay way

love the juice its a little slow from them to push out orders not a problem stay safe over there.

Used them for years but my last shipment took over a month an I emailed 5 times no response call my card company to stop payment first time i have ever done that don't order from them please

Trust me worried people because i thought i was getting scammed, be patient, they are a legit business thats streesed by their gov right now. You order will come . Mine took almost 3 weeks and i didnt have a conf number but it came and i really have made 8 orders over the last 7 months. They are good company thats having a little tough time but are honest.

I ordered a nkd nic salt bundle pack they sent all the wrong juices and wrong mg as well it even shows what i ordered online and the packing slip showed what i ordered as well they dont answer the phone and wont email me back horrible service

6 business days, paid for fastest shipping option almost $13.00 for some vape pods. Order still is just "confirmed". I emailed asking for status and they just sent me the order "confirmed" page.

West Coast Vapes is severely backlogged on orders. Expect them to take the FULL 14 business days to process and ship your order. If you need to contact them, do not call or email them. Instead use their onsite message service and they will get back to you within a day or two, at least this was the case for me. I called and emailed several times for no response, found their messager on their website and they replied within a few hours. Two days later my purchase is being shipped overnight. Is it a hassle? Sure. But many businesses are suffering right now, and West Coast Vapes has never been known for quick processing. However, their prices are decent and the quality of their juices are solid. Patience is a virtue.

I ordered 2 weeks ago. ($54.78) 3 products. Only email I got was them telling me they received my order and took my money. I have emailed them. No response.

The stock situation with these online vape stores is not great, so I had to try a coupleof different websites this time around. I would like to say that I am sympathetic to what is going on in the world right now and not getting my Vape products from this website is way down at the bottom of the list of priorities right now. However, that does not give someone the right to take your money, ignore you and send you nothing, not even a reply. I especially like the morons who are placing reviews, telling you to ignore the reviews from the people who got screwed. Hello, hello... that is what reviews are for, to inform others about your own experience. I wish I would have read these reviews before I place the order, then I would have never went anywhere near the website. I placed orders on three other websites and I received those orders anywhere from three days, up to seven days. The very least westcoastvapesupply could do, is reply to one of many emails after charging my card 8 days prior and sending nothing, not even an email saying "we have it in stock but it will take another week to get there". Ignoring emails and phone calls after charging $80 to my card, is unacceptable under any circumstances.

Been waiting days and days for an update on when my juice is going to be scanned or arrive and they don’t answer. I understand the pandemic but other small vape online companies have shipped me coils twice and it didn’t take almost 10 days for them to scan. That’s where we are at now and after reading such horrid reviews I doubt I’ll ever get my product.

Don't listen to the bad reviews, I ordered 8 bottles of a juice out of stock everywhere else. Order was shipped and tracking number sent exactly in one week and order arrived via USPS less than one week later. They did a great job considering the circumstances and shipping was free. Thank you.

Ordered a couple of 30ml bottles of juice from them they took the money ($33.30) and I never received my juice it’s been 3 weeks now and I’m realizing I’ll never see that juice. This sucks I’ve heard nothing but terrible things about this store... sadly not until after I ordered from them 0/10. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Hate to give 1 star but had to to leave comment. BEWARE! Money paid, no product, no return message, no return e-mail, no answer the phone. Shouldv'e read reviews first. Hopefully you have.

I would give half a star if I could worst shipping in the world 2 full weeks and still no products. No email from the company. This place is a SCAM I could of driven to Vegas and back in the two weeks since I placed my order. Any new customers should read this before buying any thing half a star service just to be fair.

DON’T ORDER !!! The prices r reasonable & they may advertise a product that nobody else has in stock, but still “DON’T ORDER”.
It has taken 2 weeks since I placed my order to receive tracking numbers, but it’s still sitting at their office.
I emailed them twice, called several times but calls went to full voicemail.
I really hope I receive my order but I will never order from West Coast again. It’s a very poorly ran business.
I only wish I read all the negative reviews prior to ordering.

I haven't received my order. I paid for it 11 days ago. I expected delays. They took my money and dont even reply to customers for delays or hold ups. They said on their website if there was gonna be a problem with orders they would contact us. That is a lie. I've contacted them over 5 times and nothing. I dont recommend ordering from them unless you feel like throwing away your money. They should at least tell customers about delays and be in contact with customers specifically if they are taking our money...not fair!!!
