I heard good things about this company and I didn't bother to check the feedback I had the worst experience. First of all, I ordered a blue razor and a head for it.This is the first time I ordered from this company. It took a week for the products to come.I think I paid like ten dollars shipping. I don't buy things for myself every day. So I was looking forward to getting it. I just started using this type of razor I bought a blue and I really liked the way it appeared on their site. To my surprise, I could not believe it. I opened the box. The boxes they came in, were not wrapped. They were not sealed either. I opened the razor first to find there was white powder or substance. All over it, it was not sealed. Either on the inside, I picked it up to look at it. And underneath had all scratches on it. It is clear that this is a returned item. I opened the head the same thing.The box nor the head was wrapped in paper boxes were not sealed. This is a dangerous company.Do not shop from them for all.I know somebody could have used this razor and had a blood disease or aids.Who knows. This is a hazardous then to send somebody used shaving equipment.Who does that?I don't think a kindergarten kid would do that.They would know better than this. My whole buying experience was ruined. I'm totally pissed.I'm going to do something about this other than leave this feedback.But i'm not sure what yet.I'm going to wait to hear from them and see what they propose. But after reading their feedback here which I did not do first and I usually do now I can understand why they did this. To me, they don't take pride in their company or they have. Idiots working for them maybe a little of each who knows. I'm going to include the pictures of the razor that is supposed to be new and sealed. Look at the razor you could clearly see white particles. All over it and the bottom shows scratches. The head looks like what appeared to be. Fingerprints and scratches all over it. The only thing that was sealed was the razor blades, and I'm surprised they didn't send me used razor blades that were unsealed. I thought this was a good company highly reputable, but I was wrong.That's what I get for listening to the google a I who recommended them. I don't see anywhere to add the pictures.So I will have to maybe post them.On other sites as well that allow pictures.

Ordered a Omega Gt Martini edition brush and received two tiny boxes of Treet razors. Scam Artists.

Extremely poor customer service, long response times, and no professionalism at all.
Delivery was unbelievably slow waited nearly 2 months!
Items arrived damaged and poorly packed.
This is not a one-off issue lots of customers report identical problems.

This company sent me a razor head and a razor handle that did not go together. I waited over a week for the razor to arrive and that I had a call and wait another week for replacement. needless to say when they sent me another razor head it did not fit the handle . When I called for a third time they offered to replace the handle. I said that was a negative I'd like to return it.I also wouldn't recommend ordering a lower priced razor
The one I ordered was about $25 and it was just very poorly made. The razor you get at your local drugstore is much better trust me. I've seen these ads pop up constantly and finally I ordered a razor. Unfortunately the quality was just piss poor. I did get a shaving Puck that worked out pretty well. Again do not order anything from them through their website
Perfect So Far
Ordered a Henson Al 13. The West Coast Shaving website provided a nice discount. Shipping was fast. The parcel arrived in perfect condition. The razor is excellent and as advertised. I noticed that an outfit that ships from the East Coast had selected West Coast Shaving as a business title and enjoyed the expression of freedom demonstrated in this minor irony. Have sent an email inquiring about engraving on a straight razor they offer...
Terrible company
I guess they aren't even trying to keep their bussiness alive. They used to be good , years ago. Now they just take your money and don't ship your order. They don't even respond when you reach out. Do not do bussiness with these people.

Awesome Customer Service . I ordered the wrong razor by mistake. Maria stopped the order right before it shipped, and replaced it with the right razor. She was also able to ship it the same day! Thank you!
Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered a full shaving kit for my husband as a gift. The package never arrived after 2 weeks, so I submitted a contact form 3 separate times through their website asking what had happened with my order. They never reached back to me or even acknowledged me once. I had to file a complaint directly with my bank and I come to find from my banker that the company's response to the dispute was "customer never reached out to us about a problem with the order". Incredible. Stay far away from these thieves that are only dropshipping cheap chinese products at a 300% profit. I will make sure noone I know shops with them.

It's been 29 days since I ordered some simple shaving cream. I have no tracking number. Nobody answers their customer service line it's just constantly busy. Not sure if I'll ever get my order. Working with my bank to block payment. Then I need to figure out a way to block the 3 emails a day that I get from their annoying spam advertising department.
Good product, very poor customer service
My package of a razor and shaving brush came on time, however the entire box was infested with hundreds ants (inside the taped box). The ants got into the packaging of both products. When I reached out to west coast shaving about either a refund or new products to replace these, I never received a response.
Automated drop-ship operation
Made a mistake in the order (handle length), sent an email asking to amend (within 5 min) - no response. Called three times - nobody picks up. Received the order as first entered - posted from the East Coast of all things. Won’t use again.
Sends wrong items. Overly priced
I've purchased from West Coast Shaving a couple of times. The first time was okay, but the price for that particular item was high.
With my most recent purchase they sent the wrong item, however, the packing list showed the correct item. They are supposed to be sending me along with a return label to send back the wrong item.
Avoid if you expect any level of good service.
The first time I contacted WCS I was simply looking for a shaving brush that would fit my holder. I even gave them the exact needed dimensions with a picture. No response.
Then I ordered a razor from them that turned out to be so mild it would take a week to get a decent shave.
I asked them what could be done (refund, a more aggressive head, etc.). I was told there are no refunds for anything that has been used. Fine. But what about the other options? Again...dead air.
BTW, West Coast Shaving isn't located on the West coast. They're in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina.
owner Christine Koontz promises customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, but sure doesn't show it by ignoring customers. WCS stinks.
Terrible shipping situation
Terrible shipping situation. Company located in CA, drop shipping is from SC. Half the stuff you get has issues, broken bottle caps, old product, leaky bottles etc. They appear to be working off defective product. Two orders sent recently vanished; I specifically requested they NOT send FEDEX; I knew they have a terrible delivery record. Both times the shipper refused, both shipments stolen off my porch. I did get a refund. That's the only reason for the second star.
Don't do it!
I ordered two seperate orders and two weeks later they have notl been delivered. When I emailed them I was told the order was held up five days because their system believed the orders were fraudulent However, both PayPal and the backing credit card had been billed on the very day order was placed.
Two emails to the business had me assuming responsibility for this and all 5hey could do for me was offer me a refund if I shipped the items back when they finally arrived.
Their prices are on the high side and their shipping and handling is a joke. I just hope I receive everything I ordered and nothing damaged, so I can be done with these folks and find another busin
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order through Amazon and after almost a month I received a wrong order. When I filed a return request, the representative insisted that I received the correct order, which was a blatant lie. Now I am trying to reach them but no one is picking up their phone and the representative has not replied to my email after 2 days. One of the worst examples of customer service I have ever encountered.
Great Service and Merchandise
I only recently moved to the area and learned that West Coast Shaving has a brick and mortar store nearby. I have shopped with them online for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. The merchandise and customer service are always top notch.
