Customer service is non existent. I have asked for an invoice but I asume they don't work in legal ways, otherwise I would have received my invoice yet. I will report them.

Amazing shirt, good quality, fits well, ordered a shirt which shipping would take 5 till 15 days, but it arrived in less than 2

Horrible customer service! I ordered a size medium shirt for my son’s birthday. I received an XXL. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and was ignored. No replacement, no refund. We are very long time fans of West Coast Choppers and Jesse James. Extremely disappointed in their ethics.

Quite possibly the most overpriced shirt for such poor quality ever. Horribly horribly horribly overpriced for such low low low quality. It’s literally scratchy when I wear the shirts, not comfy at all

T-shirt commandé malheureusement trop petit (je ne sais pas comment c'est possible mais bref...), Je contacte donc le "service client" (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) qui me dit de le renvoyer aux pays bas, sans aucune autre assistance concernant un éventuel remboursement ou échange d'une taille supérieure. 2 semaines plus tard et après plus de 5 mails de relance je n'ai toujours aucunes nouvelles. Dans le doute je n'ai pas envoyé le t-shirt et je pense avoir pris la bonne décision.
Morale, n'achetez jamais sur ce site.

I sent back T-shirts.
I had to get in contact via email just to send back to there Netherlands warehouse, they replied with a address in neatherlands and “send it as a gift so we avoid import fees”

I googled this and found out this is fraudulent advice and I can be fined money as it’s returned goods not a “gift”

I replied saying no, I will ship as returned goods

I paid shipping and sent them back. I noticed after 2 weeks there hasn’t been a update on the refund or my parcel being delivered to them. So I tracked it and noticed it was still in Netherlands customs. I got in contact through email saying the parcel is now in there country but its been stuck in customs for over 2 weeks now? Customer service replied with “yes that is a very long time” and ignored my questions regarding why or if they can look into etc.

After googling what to do, I went into PostNL ( Netherlands postal website thing ) put in my tracking number to see what’s going on and come to see they haven’t paid there import / custom fees on the returned goods. They have left it to the deadline date which is now has been sent back to me, I’ve sent a number of emails regarding this and all are being ignored. Honestly didn’t expect this from a company like westcoastchoppers. I thought they’d be a lot more professional.

Shoes are falsely displayed , you pay to be able to return you stuff for free and don’t even get your full refund, the shoes are low quality and just don’t look how they should , and there customer service is extremely rude trying to make me sound stupid because there’s shoes aren’t what they display, never buy from this company they are scammers

This company is trash and I recommend that you do your research before purchasing anything from their apparel department. I spent $100 on two T-shirts. They were unbelievably damaged and shipped that way. Apparently there’s no QC available the day I received I took pictures and I filed a claim for a return. Also they sent the wrong size. I received a message saying that my claim was pending. It’s been over 10 days. The claim hasn’t moved I’ve reached out several times to the email address that they have on their website and I keep getting email not valid Email returned. I found a telephone number which I called and the woman was unbelievably rude. She refused to help told me to wait my turn somebody from the Netherlands would eventually get back to me order was placed April 7 it is now April 22. Have not heard from absolutely no one so I called my banking and issued a stop payment I filed a review on Google. I’m going to file a review on every platform available to make sure nobody else has to go through this BS again

I ordered two t-shirts, very poor quality. When trying to place a return, I had to arrange for my own shipping, customer service has been terrible, took almost two weeks for return shipping details and only when I lodged a complaint with my bank did they answer.

customer service is terrible + they dont disclose the import fees you will be charged upon delivery; even when you ask 5 times - which you shouldnt have to do, since it is on them to disclose .

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered a tshirt which arrived fine, but small fitting. Tried to return for an exchange, return barcode didn’t work. Spent £10 trying to return myself, only for them to ignore duties to be paid so item did a round UK trip and landed back to me. Customer service are completely ignoring my requests for help. Terrible service, avoid if possible!

Ordered a hoodie and it never arrived. I reached out to their customer service email numerous times and no one responded.

Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed.

Ordered some shoes and never received them. I have made numerous attempts to contact all their email addresses provided and not one response from any of them. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend purchasing something from this company.
