Very poor customer service experience
They failed to ship in a timely manner, despite my paying extra. Then, when I contacted them at their customer service email they failed to respond, so I called and they hung up on me, when I called again they refused to let me speak with a supervisor, and they lied about when it would be shipped. Despite the item not being shipped they refused to cancel my order. Later they refused to refund my extra shipping cost. Order from Barnes and Noble, Amazon, anyone else than directly from them. They have poor communication and take a week to ship even if you pay for expedited shipping.
