A+ Will continue to use
Excellent seasoning mix.
Mixed well, but a very strong flavour. Mixed venison with 15% pork belly. Tastes like fennel & black pudding? Will make sausages again but not with this mix. To over powering (stuck exactly to instructions with weight of meat and fluid)
Very pleased with this product. Good flavour and easy to use
Excellent taste
A really great mix, and a fantastic addition to venison, very straightforward, my go to mix!
this makes a very nice venison sausage.
