Just tried this mix and made venison burgers. Best yet
Pretty spicy but lacks some flavour. Great if you just want a blast of chilli but if you are looking for something with a bit more depth to the flavour then I would recommend using the burger 80 mix and adding your own chilli to the mix.

Fairly spicy, but not a lot of actual taste. Had to add a lot of my own seasonings
