Werko Australia is a disgrace I sent them 247.50 in Jan 2022 still awaiting my goods or refund. Rang and sent emails with no response at all. I highly recommend not dealing with the so called small family business.

DON’T RECOMMEND
DON’T recommend, took seven weeks to deliver masks that were supposedly in stock and would be dispatched with in 24 hours. Then you can’t contact them only via email which they only reply with a generic email if at all. Terrible customer service and misleading delivery ETA.

Don't buy from this company. Took my money $221 in early January and nothing has arrived and they won't answer my emails regarding my order.
Took money, but no delivery!!!
Items ordered 15 Jan, charged to my card 18 Jan. Emailed them on 26 Jan and got answer, sorry being dispatched. Emailed again Feb 15 and 23, with no response. Emailed again today March 8. Not happy, looking at legal action.
Edit: Now March 11, received order, but not all goods arrived. Now chasing missing items.

I ordered through Werko Australia in the beginning of January. They kept emailing me telling there were delays with my order due to Covid. I accepted this. Then they sent me a delivery no, after I had asked for a refund. I did not receive my order. Two people were in the house on the day of the supposed delivery. The courier did not know I or ring the doorbell. They are scammers. I have emailed Werko on numerous occasions. Now they just ignore my emails. I have seen other reviews of this company and the courier they use. Just please be aware before ordering from them. They are a Scam.

I ordered a set of 7 Lyher RATs. After two requests for an update on my order I finally received a delivery after nearly two months. It was a single RAT of a different brand. I've sent a request for a refund, and had no response. Agree with the other reviews - don't use them. I've used other sites with no problems.

As well as a request with Australia Post who advised its is up to Werko to refund me. Further the phone number supplied you just get to listen to a recorded message and cant to talk to anyone. What a farce ill be putting in a complaint to consumer affairs about these guys pathetic.

Ordered masks for a work event on 20th January 2022, and still waiting for them at the end of February. No mention of delays on the website when ordering. Email communication is poor, and they don't answer phones. Will be lodging a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.

Not a Fan of Werko
Like others here, made an order of items that were supposedly in stock, was immediately charged for said items and then waited a month and a half for them (see edit below). I'm also almost completely certain that these aren't the tests I ordered (I looked for TGA-approved tests which these are NOT) but some kind of shonky knock off, but unfortunately didn't screen shot the ones that I DID order, because why on earth would I? Now I know why I would, but I was more innocent before ordering from Werko.
Communication terrible and all-round dodgy. Avoid at all costs.
Edited - missing items arrived a week or two later, with no explanation, despite contacting office, so complaint about that was removed and I added a star, since the order DID eventually get here. Sort of. I think they're actually TRYING to work in good faith, but their admin is so awful they end up dodgy anyway.

Ordered masks on 18/1/22 as stated in stock. Money taken from my account on 19/2/22. So far no product received. First email was answered but none further. Both phone numbers only have a recorded message that mentions a January date for RATs. This business does not come on the Melbourne business websites. Please do not join the rest of us that have been scammed and order from them. If you have been scammed please report to consumer affairs or like and apply to your bank for a refund on your credit card.
Bad Experience
Order 2 items on the 5th Jan, only one arrived yesterday 23 Feb and still waiting for the other one. I have been emailed 5 times for a refund as well as contacted them multiple times but no one answered the phone, just a recorded message. Now when I want a refund, suddenly one of them arrived. The worst is the item that arrived is a different product to the one advertised, and different to the product I ordered: 25 Pack Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test Cassette Nasal Swab $225.
Very disappointed with this company.

Terrible customer service, they take your money quickly but you hear nothing afterwards. I will never use or recommend Werko again. What a joke!!!!!!!
Like seriously, how does this company survive
I seriously don’t know how this company is still in business. I ordered goods on 14/1/22. I got an email on 3/2/22 to say items had been dispatched. Tracking number was invalid according to Australia Post. Finally managed to get hold of the company via Kogan on 14/2/2022. They said, unfortunately courier was unable to locate parcel, so deemed lost. They offered a refund, took a week to arrive. Also ordered other goods for my mother on 15/1/2022. Also invalid tracking number. They don’t tell you who the courier is, so tracking number is useless. I didn’t hear from them after that, until I emailed them and told them my bank told me they could take action if I hadn’t heard from Werko within 24 hours of sending them the email. Then suddenly the next morning (within the 24 hour period) I received an email from Aramex (previously fastway couriers), to say they have picked up my goods and they are on their way. Aramex (fastway) is also the slowest courier on the planet. Won’t use this company again.
Wrong masks. 2 months to deliver. Overcharged!
They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered 3M 9320a P2 Aura Flat Fold Respirator's in December, was charged for them instantly. Now, 2 months later and very poor communication, they have FINALLY sent....3M 8210 Face Mask Respirators (wrong masks!!!) worth half the price of the ones I ordered and paid for in December.
Unreliable and untrustworthy - do not buy from them
Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Werko. We ordered a batch of masks and RAT kits in early Jan, and hadn't heard from the company for weeks on weeks. Calls to their contact number only went to an automated message with no option to talk to any customer service at all. When we finally lost patience and wrote in to cancel our order, lo and behold, in a day or so, we received an email saying our order has been dispatched. Then finally, after about two weeks from the date we cancelled the order, the order arrived! But unfortunately not the complete order that we paid for. They'd shortchanged our order. Very shoddy and dodgy company. Will never buy from them again. Will also report them to the relevant authorities.
Slow and did not get the RAT I had ordered
Ordered weeks ago for a supposed delivery around 24 January. I followed up by email and received responses along the usual lines: delays, no staff etc. I finally lost my patience and wrote that I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. Funnily enough they wrote back that the order had been dispatched! and order complete at their end. Received order today and guess what: not the test I had ordered! and in 10 individual packs not the the 2 packs of five. I will write to advise that the product I received is not what I ordered or paid for! Lets see what happens. ACCC?
