However, we would like to clarify that your withdrawal was not denied because you were profitable, but because our Risk Team identified violations of Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction during a detailed review of your trading activity.
Specifically, trading records from MT5 accounts 1067692 and 1068610 showed prohibited risk transfer behavior, where positions were opened and closed on one account and then replicated on another within a short period. All related trading activity was thoroughly reviewed and documented before a decision was made.
As a result, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the related accounts were terminated and withdrawal request W000006773 was not approved. This decision was based solely on verified trading data and the application of our published rules.
We understand that this outcome is disappointing. However, maintaining a fair trading environment requires us to apply the same rules consistently to every trader. We remain committed to honoring payouts for all accounts that fully comply with our Terms and Conditions.

I started with this company when it launched and opened accounts; things were going smoothly, and I even successfully made five withdrawals. However, the company eventually began rejecting withdrawal requests five in total. The last one was rejected citing a "high-frequency trading" rule, even though the evidence they emailed me showed only 4 trades out of 112 under 2 minutes , and most of them in a loss (with only one making a $5 profit and another $17). In short, the company give you payout until they confirm you are capable of making multiple withdrawals, and then they start rejecting your requests.

“Executing a high volume of trades within seconds based on minor price movements. This high-risk strategy is prohibited due to concerns over fairness, system exploitation, and market manipulation. A large portion of trading activity using tick scalping raises serious concerns about the sustainability and intent of the strategy.”
In addition, our review identified that your trading method involved opening a large number of rapid and repetitive orders on the symbol XAUUSD.. While WeMasterTrade does not prohibit short-term trading strategies, we recommend that the scalping ratio remain below 25% to ensure fair usage and stable system performance. However, the excessive frequency and intensity of your scalping activity significantly exceeded this threshold, causing negative impacts on trade execution and the copy-trading process and resulting in misalignment between trades on our interbank fund accounts and the real-time market.

According to our policy, accounts found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions may be subject to termination, and as a result, withdrawal request W000133846 will not be approved.

Avoid this prop firm; they don't want profitable traders who make regular payouts. After my first payout, they only paid me 50% in the second, and when I made a third request, they closed my account and gave unfounded pretexts and excuses.

Denied payout, SCAM!
My 11280.25 USD profit request was denied due to "manipulation of profit consistency- ""Placing Unusual Loss-Making Trades After Large Gains"". On top of the 20% consistency rule, they also have a "Profit Consistency Manipulation" clause, which they can interpret however suits them.
On the day in question, I made a $3.6k profit on a WMT short. I also closed some losing positions that day. However, those positions had been opened one and two days earlier as part of my regular trading — they were not opened after the WMT gain, nor were they in any way related to it. Position sizing was also in line with my usual sizing. There was nothing irregular about any of it. To show how absurd this is: I traded this account for several months and placed over 100 trades in that time.
After I contested their reasoning and pointed out that the positions had been opened before, not after, the gain, I received a copy-paste response within two minutes (!) stating that the decision was final and that I could reset my account. They didn't even bother to review the case. The rule itself makes no sense. I could have simply closed the WMT trade at, say, $2k profit and immediately reopened it. It's just an excuse to deny payouts.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of my experience with them. When I was close to hitting my profit target for the first time, they migrated all MatchTrader accounts to cTrader without any prior notice. I had positions open going into the weekend that would have taken me over the $10k target on Monday. Instead, I received a cTrader account a few days later and all my open positions had been cancelled. So I had to keep trading only to have my payout rejected on an arbitrary technicality in the end.
After the migration to cTrader, the spread problems started. 1%+ spread on Nvidia, several % on some large-cap stocks. At first I assumed these were temporary liquidity issues, but in hindsight it may well have been deliberate. When I reported it on Discord with screenshots, I got the classic copy-paste response: "Spreads are dynamic and depend on current market conditions and liquidity. During periods of higher volatility or lower liquidity, spreads may widen accordingly." That obviously made no sense, since the issue was constant, not occasional. After I reported it a second time, they… banned me from the Discord. I also emailed them about a position that was closed at a stop loss 3% below the spot price — the SL was triggered by a sudden spread blowout — costing me almost $1k. No reply.
Customer service is terrible as well (with the exception of Rachel, who is genuinely helpful). Most of the staff don't seem to speak English; they appear to run everything through translators and pre-written replies.
What makes this especially disappointing is that, due to a bug on their end, I had previously been given multiple free accounts. I reported it honestly and they were closed. When it was their turn to be honest, I got a reset offer.
The consistency they should be worried about isn't in my trading. It's in the way every single dispute ended the same way: a template, a closed ticket, and no money.

Regarding the payout denial (W000133696): Our Risk team's assessment focuses on the overall profit distribution pattern across trading periods — not only on whether losing positions were opened before or after a gain. In your case, while the losing positions were indeed opened prior to the highest-profit day, the pattern of closing those losing positions after the significant gain — across a timeframe of approximately six hours — resulted in a combined daily outcome that exceeded your previous highest profit day on this account. This is the specific pattern that was identified as affecting Profit Consistency calculations. We understand you disagree with this interpretation, and we acknowledge that the initial response you received did not sufficiently explain the reasoning. We regret that.
Regarding the MatchTrader to cTrader migration: When accounts were migrated to cTrader, customers were asked to complete a form to ensure historical trading data was carried over to the new account. If this form was not completed at the time, the historical data could not be transferred retrospectively. We understand this may not have been communicated as clearly as it should have been, and we apologise for any impact this had on your trading.
Regarding the spread issues on cTrader: We can see that you reported this through our customer portal on 24 June. Our team responded via live chat and noted the response in the portal. We acknowledge that this may not have been the clearest communication flow, and we are sorry if the response felt inadequate. The spread issue you described on the T position — where your Stop Loss was triggered significantly below the spot price — has been noted and we are looking into this.
Regarding the Discord ban: We are unable to trace the exact circumstances of this from over a month ago, which we recognise is frustrating. We do not ban traders for legitimately reporting platform issues, and if this occurred as a result of your spread reports, it should not have happened. We apologise.
Regarding the free accounts: The additional BOGO accounts created in error were a system mistake on our part. We appreciate that you reported this honestly. We recognise this created a negative experience and we are sorry it was not handled in a way that reflected the goodwill you showed.
We understand that taken together, these experiences have significantly eroded your trust in WeMasterTrade, and we do not take that lightly. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to continue this conversation and work toward a fair resolution.
