Mon commentaire sera au sujet des implants et non des soins que j’ai reçus lors de mon passage à la clinique.
J’ai été très bien prise en charge sur place par l’équipe administrative, chirurgicale, infirmière. Je n’ai rien à reprocher à ce niveau.
Cependant, j’ai du être explantée moins de 18 mois après avoir été opérée par un chirurgien de la wellness.
J’ai développé une forme très agressive de la maladie des implants. En quelques mois ma vie est devenue un enfer et en un an je passais mes journées à l’hôpital pour tenter de comprendre pourquoi mon corps cessait de fonctionner correctement, organe après organe.
Je suis en contact avec plusieurs autres patientes porteuses d’implants de la marque Arion qui sont elles aussi sévèrement malades et qui ont été ou vont devoir être explantées.
Aucun implant n’est safe et ce que je reproche très fort à la clinique c’est que personne ne nous donne cette information avant la chirurgie (ils réfutent la dangerosité des implants, alors que Arion a, sur son site, un consentement éclairé de 6 pages contenant clairement les risques de: maladie des implants, syndrome d’ASIA, réaction auto immune etc.. vous ne recevrez PAS ce papier en pré op, alors que vous devriez être mise au courant du danger que vous encourez si vous acceptez d’être implantée).
Je ne critique pas la technique ni les moyens, mais je reproche fortement le manque de transparence (j’ai demandé si c’était dangereux et si les maladies auto immunes étaient un facteur de risque, c’était une réponse négative claire de la part du chirurgien….) et l’absence complète de suivi sérieux ou de remise en question du risque leur matériel par après quand le patient revient par mail ou messages pour demander si leur état de santé qui se dégrade gravement depuis l’implantation peut être lié.
Pour information, j’étais sous 9 médicaments après 12 mois d’implants, suivie par neurologue, néphrologue, rhumatologue, interniste, gynécologue et personne ne savait comment m’aider. Mon état général s’est dégradé au point qu’après 16 mois je ne savais plus travailler, plus sortir du lit, j’avais pris 14kg et personne n’avait de réponse.
J’ai été explantée en Mars (il y a 3 mois) et je peux dire aujourd’hui que je n’ai presque plus aucun symptôme.
Je ne prends plus aucun des 9 médicaments qui m’étaient nécessaires au quotidien et j’ai reperdu 9 des 14kg (sans rien changer).
Mes seins sont mutilés à vie, j’ai perdu 10.000€ et psychologiquement c’est un tsunami..
Faites attention à ce que vous mettez dans votre corps, ne croyez pas les médecins qui prétendent que ce n’existe pas et que les femmes qui en parlent sont folles, c’est faux. Allez voir le consentement éclairé de la marque Arion et voyez par vous même que c’est la vérité.
Prenez soins de vous, aucune poitrine ne vaut le prix de tomber malade comme je l’ai été!

Personnel charmant, attentionné et attentif. Les informations données sont claires et complètes. Clinique très bien entretenue, propre.

Équipe professionnelles et sympathiques, a l'écoute des patients . Très peu de délais d'attente . Se soucie du bien être des patients !

Accueil parfait, j'ai été reçue par le docteur et il a pris le temps de bien répondre à toutes mes questions et m'a aussi donné de bons conseils.
Je me réjouis de voir le résultat

I cannot recommend this clinic enough, beyond delighted and impressed!

I visited Wellness Kliniek from the UK last week for a Breast Augmentation with a mini lift with Dr Cromheeke. Even before I arrived at the clinic, I had a video consultation with Dr Cromheecke who was so warm and lovely - went through medical history and what I wanted. Not that it should matter but it really put my mind at ease having a female surgeon too!

My partner and I arrived the day before my surgery and stayed at Stiermiede Golf Resort which was a beautiful hotel and would highly recommend if you’re travelling for your surgery, visited the clinic for my pre-op consult and tried on a few sizes and met with Dr Cromheecke in person. Clinic was very clean and modern and had a pleasant waiting area, all reception staff were so friendly - everyone spoke perfect English.

Arrived on the day of my surgery at 8:15am (I had requested the earliest surgery slot the week before as we were driving back to the UK the same day and they very kindly accommodated my request) was shown to my private room and asked to change to surgery gown and hair net, was then taken down to the theatre where Dr Cromheecke drew me up and the nurses prepped me for surgery (this was all done within around 20/30 mins of being there so waiting around and getting anxiety!) - I’d never had any kind of surgery or general anaesthetic before and was so nervous but the kind nurses made me feel so at ease and were chatting away to me about our pets etc. until the anaesthesiologist came in and talked me through being put to sleep and double checked my medical record with me - he also kindly gave me extra nausea medication as I was worried about feeling sick on the ride home after. He then told me I was all ready to go and that I was going to have a nice nap and he’d see me soon.

Woke up in a nice clean ward about 2 hours later, the nurses are so lovely and gentle they’d wrapped me in a super soft blanket and even put a tube blowing warm air up into the blanket so I was extra cosy - it was just a really sweet touch! They kept me there for about half an hour and my surgeon popped in to say surgery went really well and that I could go home as soon as I felt up to it. Nurses then took me to my private room to wake up a bit more, they brought me some lunch and gave me an extra painkiller and a top up of my nausea meds. They helped dress me and brought me a bag containing my post-op medication prescription and my implant authentication card etc. they then helped me downstairs where my partner picked me up.

We drove the 5 hours back to England with absolutely minimal pain and no hassle at all (was really worried about this part in case the surgery didn’t go well or if I had a bad reaction to the meds) I was totally fine and was home in my own bed by 8pm that night after we left the clinic at 2:30pm.

First 3 days recovery were painful and uncomfortable but only in the way I had expected as I went under the muscle. Changed into my post-op bra on day 4 post op and got a glimpse of my new breasts - although still very fresh im so happy with how they look and am so glad I went with Wellness Kliniek! Now one week post op and feeling great 😊

Would recommend Wellness Kliniek to anyone thinking of travelling for surgery - truly was a 5 star experience from everyone from my surgeon to the receptionists and the results are even better!

I am sharing this review because I do not want anyone else to go through what I have had to live with. It has taken me years to find the strength to write this review because for a long time the shame and embarrassment were overwhelming. But I will not stay silent anymore. I am sharing my experience publicly to hopefully save someone else from making the same mistake.

I had liposuction performed at Wellness Kliniek in 2018 on two areas: my stomach and flanks. These were stubborn areas that held onto fat no matter how much I trained. I lift weights and run 3 to 4 times a week and after a lot of thought I decided to go through with the procedure to help with my body confidence.

My experience with Wellness Kliniek was nothing short of awful from the start. The consultation with Dr Jean Michel Elie Hassan was critical and unkind. Rather than showing any understanding or professionalism he stood there pointing out additional "problems" with my body as I stood in front of him vulnerable and trusting. It felt less like medical advice and more like being picked apart. I do not know if it was because I was a man in my late twenties and not the stereotypical patient they post online I definitely felt treated as if my case mattered less.

After the surgery things went from bad to worse. I was fitted with the wrong compression garment, an absolutely critical part of post operative healing. I knew something was not right immediately. I was in significant pain but when I returned the following day to raise my concerns I was brushed off. They eventually swapped the garment which by its self was a painful experience which was humiliating and agonising.

The final results have been devastating. I was left with extremely uneven and distorted results with a lopsided silhouette, a far cry from the "improved body contour" I was promised. No matter how much I train, and I work harder than most, I cannot undo the damage caused.

My mental health, which was already fragile, plummeted even further. I spent years blaming myself, feeling ashamed for having spent so much money, traveled to another country, and put my trust into a clinic that so clearly did not care. I convinced myself I could "fix" it through hard work but uneven fat removal cannot be corrected with diet or exercise.

Wellness Kliniek failed me.

Après plusieurs consultations avec d’autres praticiens deux amies m’ont conseillé le Dr TARACQUOIS ravies de son travail et de leur expérience.
Consultation concise, claire et constructive qui m’a décidé à prendre rendez-vous pour pratiquer l’intervention.
Ravie de l’accueil, du service, des conseils prodigués ainsi que du travail du Dr.
Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix.

J’ai été opérée en septembre 2024 d’un lifting mammaire avec petites prothèses par le docteur Van Zèle et c’est une vraie catastrophe
Mes mamelons sont complètement différents (un très petit et un gros et leur forme n’est plus vraiment ronde)
Des plus mes seins ne sont pas vraiment pas du tout fermes et il y a beaucoup trop de peau, on ne dirait même pas que j’ai fait un lifting
Je suis encore plus complexée de ma poitrine qu’avant d’avoir fait cette chirurgie
Résultat : je vais devoir refaire la chirurgie chez un autre chirurgien pour rattraper cette catastrophe car j’ai perdu toute confiance en la wellness Kliniek en plus d’avoir perdu 6000 euros

Médecin à l écoute, personnel très professionnel et le résultat de la chirurgie de la poitrine est magnifique, ça fait 2mois et demi et vis comme avt pas de douleurs.
Je recommande à 100%.

L'info est claire et sans chichi. Le chirurgien donne son avis mais prend en compte vos attentes . De plus meme en rentrant chez moi j'ai pu encore échanger avec le chirurgien en soirée. Je recommande cette clinique non seulement pour sa fiabilité mais pour sa transparence

I’d like to give a very special and warm thank you to the staff and Dr. D Van Zele. I am 100% recovered from the surgery and already back to work and feeling the best version of myself again! I was well equipped with information and was given time to think and decide. I followed keenly with medication and rested as I was required and the results are just beautiful. Wellness Kliniek is such a warm place and you can be certain that you will taken care of by friendly and professional nurses. Hugely appreciate you all for your service.

This is my second bad review! Just to give you a short summary. I had a tummy tuck at the wellness kliniek 2023, and my surgeon Dr. Damen passed away shortly after. He instructed me to come back in 2024 if I I have any issues. I went back in 2024 and saw Dr. Visser and she told me that the if I basically want my dog ears fixed I should pay an additional amount. I was treated very poorly and couldn’t comprehend half of what she was saying.

I wrote a review and was contacted by the kliniek again and given a new appointment with a new surgeon to plea my case - that this fall under a correction and not a new addition.

However this appointment was scheduled for February 2025 and I was willing to wait it out. A day before the appointment it was canceled and I also received a call from them to apologize. I then received an email requesting new photos and told that another surgeon wanted to look into my case.

This was two months ago, I have emailed them numerous times and I am just being ignored.

I hope you think twice before you embark on this journey with the wellness kliniek, you will be left in dispair.
